If I have a nickle for everytime a Sam Riegel character tries to call everyone by their names and gets it wrong I'd have two nickles which isn't a lot but it's weird that it has happened twice.

Touch an object that weighs no more than 10 pounds and it becomes fixed in place at whatever point in space it’s located. If it’s floating in the air, the object can hold up to 4,000 pounds of weight. A creature restrained by the object can choose to make a strength check against your spell caster DC. On a successful check, the creature can move the object up to ten feet. If casted at 4th or 5th level, the DC increases by 5, the weight limit increases to 8,000 pounds, and the duration becomes 24 hours. If casted at 6th or higher, the DC increases by 10, the carry capacity becomes 20,000 pounds, and the effect is permanent until dispelled.”
