WRONG 6.58 tha hole diameter total is 100mm and radi is 50mm ,but u gave wrongly as dia 50 mm..so comparing ,the 2d question diagram differs from ur 3d diagram

Why did you leave your opening on the larger end at 50mm when in the drawing it is 100mm? Am I missing something?

You forgot that last fillet, at 90 mm circle, inside the pipe, Rest you did fine
the hole on the right its 100 and the one on the left its 80 the difference is so big in ur model the one on the right look to small
