Note the English accent asking people to stand for Englands National Anthem.
God save the queen has never been recognised as Scotlands National anthem, hence why Flower of Scotland is sung at the start of every Scottish affair.
Scotland is a Nation, England is a Nation, Britain is not a Nation but a political union of Nations as per the very statement within the UK Constitution.

Scotland is not a real country, they are part of the UK. As GSTQ/GSTK is the anthem of the UK, it is the real anthem of Scotland. Tough, just the legal truth.
