Here's a short video I put together for my Wonder Woman foam breastplate build! I hope you find it helpful to some of you. If you have any questions please leave a comment.
Also shoutout to Yvonne Cox for helping me make the pattern!
hi can you make a list of the materials that you used in the description please ??
Seran wrap, duct tape, (draws pattern then cuts down the middle) thick crafting foam mat/regular foam mat, contact cement (used whilst constantly wearing respirator due to toxicity), worbla & styrofoam ball for forming upper chest part of breastplate (size of styrofoam ball depends on your personal size), blow drier (used on low setting so warbla doesn't melt, zipper on back side of corset (I prefer lace), crafting press/crafting knife, honestly using a scribe or steel ruler works to make the line effects on the W part of the belt, soldering iron/wood burner. Plasti Dip (plastic clear coat after making details and before painting), acrylic paint of desired colors. Of course preferred paint brushes.
Could you show your paper template before its cut on foam?
It looks amazing! What about the skirt and boots tho? It'd be nice if you could make the full outfit tutorial, including the shield bc im having a hard time with it >:
How do you only have 972 subscribers? You're amazing!!!! Love your cosplays so much and you have such an amazing personality! You deserve like a billion subscribers! Love you and continue doing what you're doing!
How did you attach the breast cups to the corset?
Can we see the back of the finished product?
Amazing work!!
I've tried doing this and I cant for the life of me get the pattern right :/ I end up with it all curved and I cant get it as a flat pattern, also how did u get it to bend like that? It's too sped up at that section and I can't work it out
Awesome video! Anyway you could post a step by step written link as to
How you did this?
I'm in agreement- what about the skirt and boots??
I am stuck on the paper template. Could you make a video on just how you made it from paper to foam? I don't know how to make it curvy enough
Does EVA floor mat foam come in 1/4 inch would that be to fragile. I want to make Ego belt from Guardians of the Galaxy 2
Hi! I was wondering if you could let me know where you purchased the mat. I love the texture and the costume doesn't look the same with normal crafting eva foam :)
Wondering the same
how much would u charge if u made me a customized one?! =) thank u!
Should have video of finished result at the end instead of black screen
Ur very talented. I love it. How much do u charge to make me one?
it would be amazing if you sold this !!
do u have any tutorials on how to make the rest of the wonder woman costume
Can I just pay you to make this for me? Lol
How did you get the breast molds onto it?
Do can you do skirt and weapons next?
Who waited till the very end of the video for the after credits scene ?
the textured detail of the foam she used is a maji sports light pro yoga mat
what did you use for the skirt?
How many mm is the foam that you use?
Just out of interest, does anyone know what the actual breastplate in the movie would have been made of? I would have guessed various leathers maybe some veg tan, but that seems really hard and inflexible? Would it have been made out of foam? If anyone has ideas I'd be really interested to hear them!
It looks like rubber, to me.
How thick was the foam?
Where did you get this textured foam?
Waaaahhh ang hirap pala niya gawin! Galing!!! Can't wait to see you doin cosplay 😁 anyway, so proud of you twinee!!! 😘
omg. amazing! how much would u charge if u made me a customized one?! =) thank u!
how long did this take you
Makers rock!
Hello! Can you tell me where you get that foam??? I've only seen the 24x24 pieces that lock in together, where did you find the roll. thanks
Realy nice result!
This was an awesome video. You are very talented. I love Wonder Woman, she is one of my all time favorite DC Character. Thank you for sharing! Please keep on creating!
2 questions: Could I use a wood burner instead of a soldering iron, and what experience level does it take to make this? (On a scale of 1-10: 1=lowest experience, 10=expert craftsman)?
I'd love to see a similar video for the skirt and especially the shinguards/kneepads/boots!
Well your result is amazing, but i have problems in shaping this breastplate. How to cut out the single parts and glue them together without any sewing patterns? my first try really looks terrible and it is out of shape :-D
plesae give me some advice

Thank you for sharing this. You're a blessing
