Tomo your an inspiration 🙏🏻🤩
This lesson will be my breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next few days 🙏🏻😎🤩
Thank you so much! So happy to hear that!
Thank you Tomo. I've watched these 3 acoustic fingerstyle blues & turnaround videos many times now. I really enjoy them. The Gibson sounds beautiful. The Orangewood does as well.
Glad you like them! Thank you so much! New video I was playin that style. I love my Gibson LG-1 and Orangewood Ava Mahogany Live.
Remember your picking thumb is the metronome. Staying on time with your thumb is the most important. The index through the ring finger should work independently from the thumb. Learning this early makes alternate bass lines and walking bass while holding a melody easier as you advance.
Thanks for sharing.
Hey Tomo, you turned me into a Lightnin' Hopkins fan thank you for that! As you asked what we would like to teach next, please make part three and four (or more) on this same lesson. For me is a very difficult style but it's a killer sound and addition to my modest E Blues repertoire. Thank you!
Fantastic! Great suggestion! Thank you so much!
This is an awesome and very useful finger picking lesson. I really like the classic turn around at the very end.
Glad you like it! Thank you so much!
Tomo with Gibson guitars on the background. Thank you.

You bring such a smile to my face! I LOVE messing around with simple blues like this - thanks for a few new ideas!
Thank you so much! You're welcome!
Purist and most rewarding style of guitar playing particularly on a 60-year-old classic acoustic! Keep 'em coming, Tomo!! Every variation and new angle influences us to expand our own ideas and mold them into our own.......which to me is the true essence of learning to play great guitar!! Jim C.
Thanks so much! More to come!
Amazing Tomo-San! Love this lesson and the beautiful sound of this guitar! Very inspiring! Back to some ROOTS Blues.
Thanks so much! Awesome!
Thank you Mr.Fujita.
Delta blues basic.
One man playing is good feeling.

I am all over this...wow Thank you Tomo
You're very welcome! So happy to hear that. Thank you!
Really Nice! Your Beat has a natural swing to it, not stiff, sterile like a metronome! The rhythm is nice and easy. Music , soulful real, made by and for the human; its saying something important. thank you!
Thank you so much!
沖縄で見てます!
とても楽しいです!
沖縄からボストン!ありがとうございます!
Loving it Sir!
Thanks so much!
What a fantastic lesson. I’m still out but will practice when I get home. Thank you, Tomo!
So happy to hear that! Thank you so much!
Can't wait to finish up ironing out the first lesson so I can go ahead and move onto this one. Thank you Mr Fujita! Always appreciate your teachings very much.

Yes! I would love to
Wow! Love this so much as a beginner guitarist. This will help spice up my noodling in-between learning my basic chords. I can play the piano but am finding it difficult to find my music knowledge on the fret board. How about some basic triads please in Root first and second position and how to find them? Many thanks for sharing your wisdom....❤🤘🎸🇬🇧
So happy to hear that! Thank you so much!

Thank you!
Hey Tomo, is that a B-25 with a converted bridge or an LG-2? sounds lovely!
This guitar is a 1963 Gibson LG-1. Thank you!
Question: are you in a room with controlled himidity? I ask because I was told to keep all guitars in their case with humidifiers. Especially in the dry New England winters
My room is perfect condition for guitars. Ask more pro guitar collectors & music store people!
For example, my 1967 ES-335 (I own this since I was 17) So 40 years, never needed any neck adjustment!
Only new guitar needed a little neck adjustment. Kanji guitar... never needed it.
Part 3 coming soon?
Yes!
Rock/Metal guitar player has a
comment: the word beginner is
very overused. This is not a
beginner guitar lesson, it's
intermediate at least so the
title of the video should say
intermediate finger picking
blues guitar. As early Beatles
George Harrison and John
Lennon would play like this
with the 7th chords were they beginners? He even mentioned that Jimi
Hendrix would play this, was
he a beginner? This lesson
is for no less than intermediate
guitar players. It actually involves
some advanced guitar playing.
Thank you for sharing. Simple guitar is so deep!
