@@anthonysomics9073 I don't make the tyre donuts. They can be purchased from many slot car racing suppliers such as Won'O'Won Slot Racing - www.won-o-won.co.uk/
Very similar to my process but I apply the glue to the inside of the donut by using a flat wooden coffee stirrer with glue on one side of the stirrer. I then roll the tyre on a flat surface using the sticky stirrer as an "axle". The result is an even film of glue on the inner diameter of the donut.

Hello and thanks for watching and commenting. Great question. I think everyone would love to make their own tyres for racing. Unfortunately they are not an exact science and batches of the rubber vary so much. If I knew how to make them, I would certainly be doing so myself 😁.

@@Djalexandrelara unfortunately there is not a lot of information about this type of foam because the tyre suppliers like to keep the information private for obvious reasons. The “donuts” can be purchased from many high end slot car distributors.

Where do you get the tire rubber ? What kinds of foam rubber is it ? Can you get sheets from a supplier and cut your own donuts ?

They are a type of packaging foam.
