Thank you for giving me childhood flashbacks! I had the official desert chase set as a kid and you took the designing here to a whole new level
I had the temple doom car chase and the river chase... I was still 4 YO when I got those. I checked the price on the internet recently, and turns out it is super expensive for such little pieces. If only i knew from the beginning it was going to be expensive, i would have been more carefulXD.

very nice models! id probably raise indies seat just a little so he can see out the windscreen, but very nice custom creations! im building your tutorial on the black car from the car chase. your vids are AWESOME keep it up, I would like to see more Indiana jones mocs and tutorials! you should try to build the plane and gasoiline truck next.

Race for the Stolen Treasure was a great set. You can still pick it up on ebay. Although the lorry lacked detail at the rear and the german staff car wasn’t great. I could never understand Lego’s problem with the concept of the Ark of The Covenant - which they replaced with ‘treasure’ in the set. Not sure who they were worried about offending.
But they made the ark for the Well of Souls set.

Race for the Stolen Treasure! I like the scale of these vehicles better than the official set. Maybe the old timey wheels and tires used in that set would look better on these vehicles.
