If you get the compactor at your business. You can compact your trash and get 60$ for 2 boxes, instead of 20$ each. And if you take a loan out, the you'd pay it off with finishing the 2 story and still have big bucks. Just a thought...

i would say give it a go and complete it with furnishings and paint etc and staging see how much more money you can actually get out of it and it would be cool to see you start working on your own house for you too live in.
