There are a bunch of idiots out there. Listening to Korn for their technical abilities is like going to an Indian restaurant and ordering Chinese food. Fieldy is essential part of Korn’s unique sound.
I've been playing bass about 14 years, and there are some things in the way Fieldy plays bass that are pretty tough to replicate. many people think its all about how fast your fret hand moves, but that rhythm hand is way more important and almost no one does it like Fieldy.

Also, why do you slap verses with your thumb down? In chorus and iirc in other covers you do it with thumb up
I Change the positioning of my thumb to get a bit more of a percussive feel in parts and sometimes palm mute the string while hitting it.

Have had a battle with drugs but since 7 years I finally got Methadone and it changed my life. I have a family and my only "drug" is Cannabis, who I don't sees ant problem with.
