    Very good informative video. What I like to do when placing the spacer inside the wheel is to have a screwdriver through it.
    1. Place the bearing inside the wheel.
    2. Place the spacer inside the wheel.
    3. Take a screwdriver through the bearing and the spacer then turn the wheel and the screwdriver upside down and then press down so that the bearing goes inside the wheel with the pressure of screwdriver handle.
    4. Place the second bearing on the other side of the wheel and do the same again.
    Extra tip: To easily get the bearings out of a wheel: Use a screwdriver and wiggle and turn around until the bearings come out.
    Also remember to often clean the bearings and lubricate them with universal multi grease. I use multi grease on every moving part of my wheels and trucks.

    Again with a Great video brother!! Just and FYI to anyone wondering, YOU CAN BUY the 40T pulley kit for the evolve from iCloud and it WILL work on your Onsra Black Carve Dual Belt. You will need to add a spacer but I am running the evolve pulley kit with no problems. They do come with belts in the pulley kit cause the stock belts are too big. I LOVE this setup. I hit 26mile range before my battery died, top speed 39MPH top speed. Granted I’m 165lbs. USE Rama’s discount code you’ll get $10 off the wheels and $10 off the pulley kit saving you $20! Thanks again for the content bro! Keep up the great work!

      Tony, thanks for the awesome comment and the insight. That cool that the pulleys work on the onsra. Holly shit! 39mph you sir are crazy! Thanks also for the code shout out. I am so glad they worked for you. I should have another code coming soon that will be really cool for the viewers.

      OnsraUSA yessir indeed you can make it work! You will need to add a spacer to the back bearing that comes on the pulley kit get the pulley and drive train to perfectly line up otherwise it will rub on the motor mount. I will still end up ordering the 40T pulley kit from Onsra though cause they are made of metal instead of the plastic. Keep up the great work Onsra! Fabi! I’m loving my black carve!

    Once again great video! I do recommend to not completely remove the belt cover for people that want to use cloud wheels on a WowGo though. Without them it's easier for dirt or gravel to get in and damage to your belts or even the motor pulleys. I used a Dremel to remove about 2-3 mm (0.11 inches) from the belt covers. You probably can also use sand paper or a really sharp knife to do this. Thanks again for all your great videos!

    I’ve seen many comments that people rather take belt covers off altogether to stop small stones getting caught in the cover itself. Boards looks awesome with the cloud wheels.

    • @Ramatorix
      @Ramatorix  4 роки тому +1

      I run my wowgo without covers and it gets about 10x the amount of rocks in the pulleys. I have snapped 2 belts in 70 miles since taking the covers off. Before that 0 belts broke in 210 mile. Thats just my experience and i am talking small rocks like in this video.

Once again another fantastic and detailed video! So recently what board have you been riding for leisure riding and not video purposes? Also I’m very glad to say I was very pleased with the conversion process on the onsra black carve for the cloud wheels and Abec pulleys. Smooth as butter no hassle lol.

      Its good to hear from you again. I cant agree more with putting cloudwheels on the onsra. Put pulleys and belts on, put wheels on, thats it. As for the board I like ridding the onsra the most. I hope that will change with these 40t pulleys. The evolve has been gutless up hills. There was a few time that I thought I would have to get off and walk or start pushing to help the evolve. I am with you man. I have a few more videos to knock out then I am just going to go for a few rides and not even bring the camera. Just go ride lol. Stay safe and enjoy the rides with the family.

    What wheel setup did you choose on your remote in the settings? Since the cloud wheels and belts are larger than the evolve street setup I moved my setting from 97mm/32T to 107mm/38T since it's the closest you could get to the actual size of the cloudwheel setup.

    • @Ramatorix
      @Ramatorix  3 роки тому +1

      So I dont think you can put street wheels without adjusting the belts. If you are looking for cloud then the kit from them is nice and it was easy. For PU wheels I would buy the wheels and pulleys from evolve. Their PU wheels are actually really nice in my opinion. Hope this helps.

    Pretty sure Evolve doesn't use Loctite for the motor screws. They use it on the screws connecting the base plate to the motor plate and that's it.
    Also can you post a video of you riding with the wheels on? What settings did you input in your remote so the motors didn't overheat?
    How long have you had your board for?

    • @Ramatorix
      @Ramatorix  4 роки тому

      Austin, you may be correct. I did not take the screws all the way out to confirm. Was told there was lock tight so I just treated it like there was. Thanks for your comment and the insight.

    • @TheRealDoodleDave
      @TheRealDoodleDave 4 роки тому +1

      @@Ramatorix Yeah they can't use it on the motors because people who have the 2 in 1 boards (all terrain option) have to adjust their motors whenever they change from AT to street. I have had a bunch of problems with screws coming loose while riding and even some falling out (Never with the motors though). My advice to anyone who is in Street mode a lot is to go over with Loctite any screws that you don't have to adjust. I literally had the three tiny hex screws that keep the motors together fall out and break my motor. I've only had the board for 6 months. It came with a faulty AT belt, so I ride in street predominantly because I haven't gotten a new belt. All the screws falling out kind of annoying honestly. 1. Because you don't hear the screws fall out while riding. You don't know you've been riding with missing screws until you get back home and conduct maintenance. By that time you lost the screws because you don't know where they fell out at. 2. I paid a good amount of money for this board and not even a year in it is falling apart. Evolve says the extra vibration causes screws to come loose in the street set up so every one be careful and don't have the same problems I did. Loctite EVERYTHING you will never need to adjust.

    • @Ramatorix
      @Ramatorix  4 роки тому +1

      I used a 1/8in because it was tight. It is probably metric but the 1/8 fit really snug and gave me more confidence that it was not going to strip. Plus my metric allen wrenches are cheap POS so they would have rounded off. Hope this helps, thanks for the comment and feedback. Take care and be safe.
