This is everything STARSET is typically known for in one song (heavy , melodic, theatrical, etc) but then they throw in a little curve ball and say: "But wait, there's more!" .. always love how they can keep their sound whilst venturing into multiple sub genres (sometimes within the very same song).
@@SKLL3TR I moved away from listening to Starset for a good while, only to return to this song now, and it sounds exactly how I remembered them to be, what are you on about lol
Yeahhhhh I love Starset, but I would not categorize them as being “typically known for heavy.” This is definitely the heaviest song they have done.. much different than any of their other songs brother.
I would call myself a Starset superfan, and this is one of my favorite songs of theirs. I've listened to it almost 200 times since Thursday night. I live for the heavies, though.
I've heard all of their stuff... this is close to the top of my favorites. It sounds like starset, but they went hard in this. I'm pumped to hear more of them, and THOSE GROWLS THOOOO.
I got to see them do this live at Sonic Temple. I have been a huge fan for years! This is my favorite band of all time, and was the only one I would've fought to see. My boyfriend managed to get us close enough to feel the flames from the pyrotechnics, and I honestly thought I died and went to heaven. Starset is the best!!!!
Carnivore and My Demons from their first album will always be my favorites deep down but this one is definitely third. I wasn't expecting this but I'm 100% here for it🔥🔥
This has quickly become not only my favorite Starset song, but my favorite song PERIOD!! It’s everything you want in a song and should definitely be considered as a song of the year.
@@cemetreeya might be one of the most underrated groups. They are growing in popularity though-concerts getting larger, vip events selling out fast compared to years ago
This song is absolutely insane I have been playing it on repeat for the past 3 days non-stop I might need some help I can’t see this ending anytime soon
Been listening to them since 2016. There are definitely songs I like more and less than others, but I don’t think disliking some singles yourself makes everyone else “yes men”
I love this band, they always stay true to their sound and their style!! Brave new world is such a great song one of my favs for the so far!! PS: Disembodied Tyrant//Synestia - Death Empress is a must Listen along with Winter
i don't know if am too old of a fan or are most starset fans are yes men hyping anything the band does, do people really think this song and the last album are good enough to be associated with the same band that made the first two albums TRANSMISSIONS and VESSELS, I really love this band and I respect how they wanted to do something different with DIVISIONS, but why would they do something different again why risk changing your style three times? I understand this is only a single and isn't and indicator of the full album, but so far starset singles always give away the vibe of the whole album.

@@Aresilenus no one who listened and enjoyed the first two albums would enjoy this

@@SKLL3TRI enjoy it very much, and early Starset. But I’ve been listening to metalcore for a few years now. I’m very happy that they went this heavy
I love when people go “oh is this the bridge coming up?” No. We are already in the bridge…get ready for the breakdown.
*Prepare to be bridged*

FOR REAL
Never expected Starset to go full Metalcore, but I am here for it.
They've done a lot of metalcore
@@greatgalladeidk about "alot" lol
"So tell me are you happy now?"
Yes Dustin, I am very happy now. Thank you.
This song shocked the crap out of me in the best possible way. Love Starset, and this easily ranks among their best for me.
Their best yet
Nah dude you didn’t overstate it-it’s a banger, beautiful sonically and visually. Might be my fav Starset song to date!

Same 100%
"The only fear is no WiFi'
YES especially when starset is releasing BANGERS!

This has been on repeat the last couple days, been annoying the hell out of my roommates with it and I don’t care. This song is PEAK Starset 🚀

it's because i love doom music and i love starset too
I saw them live a month ago and it was one of the best shows ive seen
I am hooked on this song!! Cannot get it out of my head! I want more like this from Starset! thanks for reacting to this!!
This has quickly become not only my favorite Starset song, but my favorite song PERIOD!! It’s everything you want in a song and should definitely be considered as a song of the year.
Absolute all time track
God I've listened to this like eight times in the last hour lol love this song
Might be a lock on for song of the year ALREADY 🔥🔥
If only they would get the recognition they deserve

Starset really outdid themselves on this one
Their song Degenerate that came out this week. You NEED to listen to it

I like the song but I feel like the screams were meh. Just might not be my style though!
