Did the deadlifts, reverse lunges, and finished with a goblet squat after three sets each max pull-ups and push-ups today. My legs and glutes are sore already! I’m loving your channel. Keep it up. So glad I found you brother! I had strayed away from kettlebells but so glad to come back to them!

Fantastic video, especially for an entry-level kettle bell user like myself. It just would've been nice if the one-sided lifts were performed on both sides in the demonstration. I had to pause the video, which broke the continuity a little.

Holy hell man! I’m not super strong by any means but I can move some weight around ..I was so humbled by this ! I don’t have kettlebells so I used 50 lb dumbbells and after the warm up and the first set of staggered deadlifts I realized 4 sets each wasn’t gonna happen lol I got through 2 rounds ( just barely ) and I’m cooked! Not only are my legs cramping I’m winded like crazy . Definitely swapping some of my usual routine with your content. Great stuff brother
What are the weights you are using? This would be helpful to gauge where we should start.

(Amateur answer) 35lb for a man. 25lb for a woman. Start with swings, goblet squats, suitcase carry, halos, reverse lunges and work you way up to this this level. This dude is insane.
