I dont know how many times I have rewatched this documentary ❤ It's just my favorite. Unfortunately I couldnt find it's original video which posted on NHK official channel.
Beautiful story. It's inspiring to see what Carl and the villagers have created over the years. The houses are stunning, as are the gardens and the country side; the community of friends allows for a utopian life style. Even the cows are showing off their 'shed'.
I enjoyed that story, and all the people that took part in it. It was very heartwarming to see that, especially to the woman who had lost her mother, and the two older women took her under their wing. It was very nice. I enjoyed it very much.
Thank you for presenting this episode for us to enjoy. Much appreciated and so good to see how important older things can be preserved when folks work together.

What a wonderful village and people. This way of living and the town is a dream of mine. Maybe in my future.
