I could never figure out how to use those tools with the polygonal, but after you showing me how to use them, my go to is the same as yours, the polygonal tool and is my favorite. I remember when I was getting use to it, I would click to fast, that was frustrating, I stuck to it and I can make selections without clasping it. I want to thank you for all you have taught me. I need to ask you a question about the clipping masks {I usually get theme off Adobe website}, Ok Let's say I have a photo and I want to use the clipping mask and want to merge the 2 together so the photo shows but I don't want to see the corners of the photo, that's where I want the clipping mask to be and behind the photo... I probably got you confused, I know you have done videos back in the day, but now you have so many videos to find it. Thanks George, you are my go to!
Hi! The clipping mask acts on the layer and hides part of the layer. To do this put your image on top and the mask layer below, then right click on the image layer and choose Create Clipping Mask. Here is a video on how to do that ua-cam.com/video/LGTNn39pM68/v-deo.html
PSE 2024 gained a new Warp tool which will help, basically it is a scaled down version of Puppet Warp from Adobe Photoshop. Affinity Photo also has some good warp tools.
Lots of good stuff in this video. Some of this I never used and some of which I was unaware. Thanks and a big Thumbs up for this video.
Awesome! Thank you!
I have never messed with the selection tool this is really useful! Thanks for the tip
You're welcome!
