WOW! You are amazing too with how you communicated with them. So professional. Glad it all worked out and they finally did right by you. I'm also an EV fan. Have 2 Everse 8s (LUV them) and recently purchased 2 Everse 12s (LUV them two). I'm using the 12s mostly for karaoke and I use all of them for outdoor community events. Also own 2 Evolve 30m speakers for small indoor events. Mix and match as needed for a lot of corporate and small party events. These speakers are amazing.

Lmaoooo!!! I am cracking up right now! Seems like communication between departments is not their strong point lol. A brand new speaker and a bag of knobs? Smh... too funny. First they don't take care of you at all, then they overly take care of you in the end! Lmaoooo!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

4 months waiting for a bag of knobs ! Thats very bad, the worst thing is if Bosch doesn´t learn from this and improve sparepart-service.
