He does this attack were he throws a giant fire ball at you and when you deflect he does back at you. Back and forth till it gets faster and faster and super hard to deflect. It's so cool!
At this point he was probably helping us by using what little will he has left trying to hold back as much as he can so we can kill him. While we fight him physically, Lu Bu was fighting himself mentally.
You never chase Lu Bu, which is why i feel for many fighting him was hard. Every single other boss is deflect and smash em, cant do that with the big boy as easily
I loved the first Lu Bu fight, it was hard but a ton of fun. The second fight however, while definitely easier, was just a shit boss imo, much more annoying. Let's just give a huge ass delay to like 90% of his attacks, that will be fun right ?? I had a hard time getting the timing for most of his attacks, just really frustrating overall. Plus he rarely did the red unblockable attacks so the fight was much longer than it could've been for no reason. And also, idk if that was just me, but with his size and the upwards camera angle, sometimes it was hard telling the distance and my attacks missed a lot when I thought I was close enough to him (I wasn't even using a short range weapon). Add to that the fact that he kept running around the arena pretty fast and yeah, not a fun time. It's really a shame since the first fight was so good.
@@codgamer117og7first fight is a breeze if you deflect the umblockables. The entire game gets trivialized by it. They should have had a sekiro like mixup with sweeps and stuff.

But he's often portrayed as a berserker due to his infamous strength since he is the only person who managed to bested the 3 brothers in fight. Dynasty Warrior shaped him as the infamous Ogre but in reality he's just that good of a general but with penchant to betray everyone around him including Liu Bei. Otherwise how Cao Cao almost spared him when Lu Bu persuade him to let him become his vanguard for his army before execute Lu Bu after an advice from his officer.
Funny thing is : I tried to play safe by bring 2 reinforcement to fight Lu Bu and I using magic to attack him from a far. I died for many times. Then I decided to go all out attack along my 2 reinforcement (That surprisingly aggressive on Lu Bu) I quickly succeed 😅😆
