- Euclid Fire was called to a residence for a 4-year-old girl who had been burned and was unresponsive Sunday afternoon, the same residence that the Cuyahoga County Department of Children Services was called to three times last year for neglect.
THIS IS WHY FATHERS NEED TO BE TAKEN MORE SERIOUSLY IN COURT CUSTODY BATTLES.
Agree 250% Laws need to change.Look at the needs of the child. Investigate and ask questions , stop letting these cases fall through the cracks.
The court system knows exactly what they're doing they'll rather the mother kill neglect starve or beat that child to death before they even think about giving that man custody and that's sad

Well, I almost got 15 years after they called the police on me but I took it to trial and a jury did not convict me. Just gave me probation. It's rough when ANYBODY fuck with your kids. She filed for divorce from me and tried to take me to the cleaners and used my kids against me as leverage, with support from her whole damn family. She was making meth in a shitty apartment above a strip club/biker bar with my kids in there and childrens services STILL didn't want me to get my own kids. They lived with me, I took care of them because their mom was too unfit. It was hell. Childrens services have WAAAAY too much power over peoples kids and then look at what happens. Its sickening, I feel so bad for this dude I want to just give him a hug man to man and tell him live will be difficult but he will get thru it. 😓

I think more CPS investigators need to be criminally charged in these cases. In so many cases of homicide due to child abuse, it comes to light that there were numerous reports made to CPS. I know there are good CPS investigators who love what they do, and are just simply overworked and understaffed, but there are also many that need to be kicked off of their fat asses, and be made to get the hell out from behind their desks in their air conditioned offices, and actually get out in the field and start doing their damn jobs.

Once they go to jail and the inmates found out what they did. Oh best believe they gonna feel it. Tons of people in jail haven’t seen their kids in years or will never see them ever again and the mother and her boyfriend killed a little 4 year old girl? Her own daughter!?
