What a surprise is Zygmunt Noskowski! Never heard of him until I listened to his 2nd Symphony a few days ago. Then I came upon this excellent piece of music. Bravo Sinfonia Varsovia!
My parents had a record of this piece together with Zelenski's 'W Tatrach'. I used to listen to it again and again as a child when we lived in Africa then back in France... It is now part of my soul. It is one of the most beautiful symphonic poems...

Całkiem porządna muzyka symfoniczna, chyba trochę niesłusznie zapomniana
