Thank you for helping the victims of Hurricane Harvey! However, a lot of people are helping the people of Houston and the smaller towns are being forgotten. We can't forget these people. On Monday I will be getting a new student from Rockport. This is the same town that was hit the hardest by the eye of Hurricane Harvey. My heart is crushed for this sweet baby and I just pray that I can be everything I need to be for her.

Melissa Metzger I live in Corpus Christi which is about 45 from Rockport and my school had got a lot of students whose homes and schools were destroyed
Just a little tip about storing your markers: I've started storing mine with the tips facing down! I read that it keeps the ink flowing towards the tip so they don't dry out! I also do this for my makeup wipes! It keeps all the moisture on the newest wipe so when I go to take off my makeup, it's nice and moist (sorry for the word use 😬)
I've actually heard for pens and markers it's best to store them laying horizontally, but I haven't figured out a good way to store them that way yet

I woke up yesterday morning & saw this video. I got sooo excited when it was a long one, because I seriously look forward to your videos all week! I didn't get a chance to finish it yesterday, so I am back again this morning. You inspire me with your endless activities, the way you space out your time, and just make me want to get up & take care of the things I need to do. I know it can be hard to stay motivated sometimes, we all get tired. However, you push yourself to accomplish your goals, and I respect & appreciate that! Great Job on your classroom!

Wow my anxiety is having a field day! Teachers are so under appreciated!
I looove how great you are with your TA! I've been a TA for about 7 years (I was figuring out what age group I'd like to work with). Being a TA can be really exhausting, especially if supervision is part of the job and it can honestly can feel a bit thankless. So thank you for appreciating your TA!
I also spoke with a friend of mine in Houston this morning. We should be aware that DOZENS of schools are completely flooded and thousands of kids have no place to go to school. The scope of this disaster is huge. The need is so great, folks. Let us all be grateful for how blessed we are and then extend that compassion for the victims of this terrible tragedy.
So after watching this I actually appreciate teachers so much more, not that I didn't before, but somehow just now realizing all the prep you guys do💕

Thank you so much for donating Michelle. I'm a student at the University of Houston as an EC-6 major, and our campus was flooded pretty badly. We have a lot of food shortages at the moment and still have a mandatory curfew. It's nice to hear a teacher support those of us who will be future teachers.

I want to teach kindergarten i am 10 years old I like to teach younger kids more than older because they are more fun and so sweet and older kids are always not paying attention to you and do not do homework because they think it is ok not to bring it and not do it at all
They also get in trouble more then younger kids do but I am not saying that all of them is bad
Michelle you are so lucky to be a great teacher, because not alot of teachers are very well prepared like you are. The teachers I had were either not so direct, strict, extreme, or whatever was up but I may have had teachers who were so nice probably since elementary school

OMG! I had NO idea what teachers go thru nowadays!!! Legos & dominoes in the 4th grade? Amazing. When I was in the 4th grade, my teacher taught us how to write "thank you" notes & how to fill out "checks"...daily living, survival skills. Although we had no "fun" stuff, were rather confined to our desks & did not speak unless called upon or by raising a hand to ask a question, somehow my precious teacher instilled in me a love for learning. Times have certainly changed in the classroom. Thank you for informing the public what a "dedicated" teacher does.

My old fifth grade teach used this rainbow little box containers, that fit in the big plastic one, i think you called them task card holders. Anyway she used them for "Tool Kits" she had two for each student, one for Writing and reading and the other one for Math! So the reading one had like post its, a red, blue, and black pen for editing (in writing) and some other stuff. I think its a great idea!! Also for the math she had some of the concepts that we were learning, in like flash cards. She seems just like you, organized, nice and spends A LOT of work on school! (My teacher had over 1000 books)!!!
Edit: Also I just wanted to say I love when you do unboxings! 😊
