Great demo - everyone has their own preferences, but from what I'm hearing, the second one ticks all the boxes for me. Great dynamic range and a really great spectrum of different tone colours depending on where and how you strike the strings. It also sounds as though it would be the most responsive fingerstyle guitar of the three. I have a similar Collings, but it's a 12-fret slot-head. I cannot say enough good things about it. Every time I pick it up it seems to thank me by singing its little heart out to me. One of the most musical guitars I've ever come across. I don't really want to compare it to others or I may lose the magical connection I have with my own guitar.... if you know what I mean. Still, I enjoyed this interesting comparison of supposedly "identical" guitars. It's fantastic how seemingly slight changes in terms of materials can lead to huge differences in musical outcomes. The wizardry of master guitar builders I suppose, and the same no doubt applies to other items about which I know far less than guitars.
I really liked the first one the best on the 0H2, although the the cocobolo was more complex. The second one sounded very precise and thinner than 1&3 but, still would be great as like a Tele that cuts through everything.
Look at all the nice guitars Artisan use to have.
I have a 2017 O2H-G, this German top just keeps getting better and better.!
Love my Collings!
This demo was great! I have a 02H, am very pleased, but was curious about the others. They're all fantastic! Someone made a Tele reference, I agree.
Jesse - your reviews are great. I like your sense of humour.
Thank you! Glad you like them!
Great job Jesse!

Very well said, Twang! Thanks for the kind words on the video and glad you love your Collings so much.

Diminished chords are appreciated whenever applicable. All three guitars have a unique voicing compared side by side.
cool, thanks
Jesse...Lilias...Lilias Yoga and You. Great guitars. I think I liked the rosewood for the bottom end but loved the German Wood as well...ya?
my dream guitar
Just been convinced of how much I prefer mahogany guitars!
