Matthew Robertson It’s actually the opposite, the implication being that real friends won’t judge you for what you wear and you’ll make and attract new friends who like you for you if you wear what you want. It’s pretty good advice to me it was just said in a sassy kind of way.

How is asking how long it takes him to get ready nosy? I would think it's a pretty standard question I don't understand why he keeps avoiding answering it.
It was hardly a "nosy" question, I think Ru is just tired of answering it.
Ru knows how to be interviewed and entertain a crowd, every move and every word has a purpose. He really is a genius at it.

He’s sweet in person as well. I met him as an airline employee back in the late 90’s, and he was enthusiastic, genuine, and super nice to me. It always stuck with me. He’s the real deal.

I’ve never met ru in person but I feel a strong connection with her. My grandma that taught me to be kind passed but ru is just like her. Very inspiring and kind always reminding me to be the best version of myself and treat others without judgement. “Get yourself new friends!!” I agree. Your friends should support your fashion choices

Ru with Nirvana is one of my favorite photos! I love the fact that Nirvana liked the whole drag environment and they were very fans, and years later the little French baby is a judge on the show because she also loves it
