I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. I would suggest to reach out to Mavis. What impresses me most about Mavis is how well she accumulate profit for client's and explains basic concept of winning before actually trading for you. And letting you use her trade signals. And she will also teach you how to trade as she trade for you, and let you know when to enter and exit trade for maximum profit as she trade for you. This goes a long way to ensure winning trades.
I guess I've nailed it at 5:00 From my perspective, it was a combination of price channel bounce, trend line candle cross, bullish candle consumption and a short-wick analysis But I do like it that you've mentioned how you would still enter the position even without all of these confirmations, but simply by utilizing the trend line breakout, which happens to be your strategy. I have had a problem of not entering many trades because I kept on waiting for ALL of my confirmations, which is 8 things all at the same moment. I went back to my tradebook and realized that statistically, even though I have often times been saving myself from losses by doing so, I have also missed many trades which, with proper risk management, would still bring me additional profits. Working on my risk ratios now It's crucial to keep sucking the information in from all sources, I think it helps you to notice your own flaws.

What I have learned today is that you have to be patient and wait for your set up and follow your strategy for the most part and get your chart time in. Thank you for teaching me how to fish. Great job. I like that you are able to trade on 4 hour and 1 hour. Not that this matters. I scalp on 5 minute chart and 1 minute chart. 4 hour chart to help me determine bias and trend and make quick trade in first hour of market open then go on with rest of my day. She has another rule not mentioned in this video. Tori wants her downwards trendline to have the peaks spread over a week or more, so probably because of too short of a time frame to evaluate the trend.

Why you did not enter (or maybr you did) on that big green candle above number 24 on your X axis? Seems like there was trendline with 3-4 touches and that green candle for sure would have break it.
I saw your entry immediately, as soon as you added the red trend line, and the potential target near the top of the range. The exit I wasn't sure about. I thought you went to a smaller time frame and set up a shorter term trend line or had a different target than I saw. Good video. I like the charting and seeing what others are looking at. I don't care about the account size or absolute numbers, these are variable. I am interested in your preparation and choices, and why you chose this trend line break over others.

I'm currently practicing trading with a demo account on Trading View and closed my biggest trade so far today. 5 minutes time frame crude oil 20 contracts 5000 profit :))) I will continue practicing with my demo account until the end of the year and then start with real money at the beginning of next year (assuming I feel confident) thank you!!!
Good stuff man, make sure you do your due diligence on the little things and I recommend this book “The New Trading for a Living” It’s $80 but if you look online you can find it for free just put a PDF. Looking up prop firms is the best way to obtain more capital but just make sure you do research don’t want to lead you into an alleyway to get jumped. It’s good stuff if you’re trading like a good retail trader.

This is happening to me too now. Idk if it's luck or what. I started out doing your strat, then just kept catching onto little things here and there, and now I'm making $500 to $1500 per day (paper trading) for almost a week. I'm going to keep doing this to make sure it's consistent, and also need to program a few things into a custom indicator just to reduce chance of human error, and then I'm going to do the topstep combine.
Nice trade, trying similar strategy without success so far. What would you have done if the price consolidated after crossing the trend line. I often see consolidation after long up or down trends.

I scalp on 5 minute chart and 1 minute chart. 4 hour chart to help me determine bias and trend and make quick trade in first hour of market open then go on with rest of my day.

She has another rule not mentioned in this video. Tori wants her downwards trendline to have the peaks spread over a week or more, so probably because of too short of a time frame to evaluate the trend.

Why you did not enter (or maybr you did) on that big green candle above number 24 on your X axis? Seems like there was trendline with 3-4 touches and that green candle for sure would have break it.

What's the best way to find stocks to do trades with? Do we just look at an entire sector, look at big movers then watch the market before going in?

The exit I wasn't sure about. I thought you went to a smaller time frame and set up a shorter term trend line or had a different target than I saw.

Good stuff man, make sure you do your due diligence on the little things and I recommend this book “The New Trading for a Living” It’s $80 but if you look online you can find it for free just put a PDF. Looking up prop firms is the best way to obtain more capital but just make sure you do research don’t want to lead you into an alleyway to get jumped. It’s good stuff if you’re trading like a good retail trader.

This is happening to me too now. Idk if it's luck or what. I started out doing your strat, then just kept catching onto little things here and there, and now I'm making $500 to $1500 per day (paper trading) for almost a week. I'm going to keep doing this to make sure it's consistent, and also need to program a few things into a custom indicator just to reduce chance of human error, and then I'm going to do the topstep combine.
the futures market is not consistent and they seem to be preoccupied with shaking other people out as their bread and butter.
