Hans Zimmer wrote the song. Look him up. She was not making it up. It was in the language of the Fremen people of the planet Arrakis. She was the warrior priestess summoning her people to war against their oppressors. She made the hair stand up on the back of my neck, again.

Hans Zimmer's soundtrack for Dune won the Oscar last year. It was a different woman who sang the original. If you don't want to watch the movie, the first in a series, read the multiple award-winning novels by Frank Herbert. Or do both. Then, perhaps, this tune, "Paul's Song" will make more sense, even if you don't like it.

Here is a little context from the movie to help you out understand a little bit more.
This is a Science fiction movie set in the distant future where the humanity has expanded in all kinds of planets.
In order to travel from planet to planet (Interstellar travel) they need a substance called "The spice" that is being produced only on one planet called Arakkis.
Arakkis is a complete desert planet (Thus the title Dune). Since it is the only place where Spice can be found, this planet is being attacked constantly from forces that want to have total control over the substance and subsequently rule the galaxy through it.
The native people of Arakkis have been reduced to slaves through the years of war but they have a prophecy that one day a chosen one will come and liberate them from their enemies.
This is a war song, a call to arms from a priestess of Arakkis to the oppressed people of the planet, she is calling for a holy war in their native language, the language of the dessert.
Of course this is an imaginary language based on some existing languages, Diana had to come up with new breathing techniques along with her vocal coach in order to be able to manifest these constantly incredibly powerful vocals from start to finish.
This soundtrack got an Oscar by the way.

This is a song from the Dune music score called. Paul's Dream. Another person gave you the link to Hans Zimmer and a vocal artist performing this song live. Many have said, and I agree, this version is better. Also, the quick head turn at the end of the phrases is for Diana to quickly inhale as much air as possible for the next phrase. There is a technique called circular breathing to inhale through your nostrils yet, exhaling at the same time. I believe at one point I detected a form of this technique, truly amazing. As for practice, a recording of the instrumentals is played, and you sing to it. This is where the breathing is practiced. As for the melody, Diana has perfect pitch, plus years of practice, which has built up her stamina and abdominal strength. A person just doesn't walk out on stage and give a performance like that. It's a broad combination of factors that lends to performances such as this.
