Honestly, if you’re looking at a pizza oven, I don’t see why you wouldn’t get the 16. Even if you’re one person, the 16 is always a safer bet for future uses

I got one of these as a gift and I couldn’t believe the price of the piece of crap $600 for a 5kg piece of junk… I don’t know how anyone justifies the money spent on these things.. these should be half the price that they’re sold at only then they would be worth it… you can buy 30 pizzas for the price of this
Couldn’t disagree more - if by top you mean the toppings (?), that’s a personal preference, I HATE cheese with a crust / burn marks. If you’re referring to the thick border however, it’s always done and fluffy, I never had an underdone pizza in ooni, only burnt 😂
@@nusa.pavlic I used to think that too. The bottom is done and top is still slightly raw. I realized I was doing it wrong. You need to preheat the oven at max heat. Then turn it to low when you put the pizza in and leave it at low heat. Cooks perfectly. I see that you also have the heat low or close to low when putting in the pizza

In my opinion they do a horrible job at pizzas, the bottom is done but in no way is that top even close

i got the pellet one and honestly i’d prefer this so much more now….seems easier for consistent temp control
