Great video, man we have just over 4 feet of snow here in southern Ontario with -35c weather... Not even enjoyable when it's that cold! Stay safe out there and keep enjoying life :) *T4S*
You guy`s are sure lucky! We had snow but melted due to 10+ for like a week then -20 for two weeks :(! Also great vid, awesome to hear the R.J.W.C,and cam`s are working out now!
Kyle Fitzgerald We have had low snow most of this season but finally got a few decent dumps the last couple weeks, hope we get a pile more before it warms up
ostacruiser hey, i dont know much about tracks. But I was looking to buy some , and people are saying they are good for snow ( I live in Canada) but they really reduce your speed. Whats your top speed? And to they wear out really fast if you use them on pavement or a hard surface?
***** My friend had a tracks on Suzuki King Quad 700 (2008) When his speedometer told 115 kph, that's the maximum speed on the King, my bike was running on about 72 kph. So the speed difference is allot. 43 kph. That's close to 27 mph reduced speed.
I just got a ski-doo. First sled ever too an think I would have got stuck on it where you took the wife's quad ripping through the deep ass snow banks.
that just looks like entirely too much fun lol id bring my 420 rancher there on 26" bugs just so you can laugh at me. dont even bother undoing the strap. just leave it hooked up lol
Sweet video, but i have to tell you, when we ride, guys with pipes like that... well we dont ask them back... cause its cool for about 10 minutes. :) Sweet quad though. Ride safe brother.
Hey Osta I have a Brute with TJD tracks on it, isnt it funny how the foot platforms get full of ice and snow after riding in the snow for a few days and makes it hard to put your feet down flat lol. I`ve taken mine up over 20 foot plowed snowbanks. Nothing like tracks riding through the snow!
Sounds great and goes really good in that powder. Have you had a chance to ever try tracks in the skeg yet on any of your rides? Just wondering how they would compare to your normal set up.
Nice video wish I had the time and money to do what u do.............PLAY! lol.. I thought the tracks were the shit but in your one Mud video it was slipping and you got stuck..Keep on keepin on!
Yes they will leave anyone behind in deep snow and would have done better in the mud if I had them super tight to keep them from ratcheting. But they are not ideal for mud and dry trail for sure
How did you mount the ski doo gas tank on your rear rack? I love that design and I have one coming in the mail as we speak. Just looking for some insight. Thanks OSTA!!!
ostacruiser Thanks! We wound up getting 12" of powder here yesterday! It's the most snow we have seen at one time since the 70's! I got my gade out yesterday and played some, you should check it out, my channel is mshelton99. The quality is terrible as I didn't know the camera was set to the lowest quality.
How many more years at those DB's you think before you start looking for new pipes? LOL. Myself and the rest of the riding group are done with loud pipes now looking for quieter setups on our Turbo sleds, quads and SxS's. It'll catch up to you in due time. Fortunately the aftermarket market is realizing this and expanding to meet this demand.
Wound a set of those tracks like that, but with a 1.75 - 2.5 inch paddle be good for in the swamps/wet-lands, cause it kind of seems like they would be
Jay 2 Pines Power Sports Marine in Prince Albert Sk. They do a ton of builds for guys in Alberta, usually make arrangements for delivery, most make the drive and pick them up though, very well worth the drive
+Joe Shock it would make a bit of difference but you just don't get the track speed like you do with a sled. Steep slopes will always be a sleds territory imo
i've always wanted a quad with tracks. The only put off for me is the large turning radius. 2 questions. Is the turning not as bad as it looks? Are there any options as far as parts (shorter or narrow front tracks) to have the turning get tighter?
+SweetMooch They aren't that bad at all...different track kits will handle differently for sure but they will all be very close in turning radius I would think
Man that thing just CLAPS in the distance! Thanks for sharing
Wow, let the thaw begin! Lots of ice! Nice to see it idling smoother! Nice video.Osta!
You sure put it through its paces! That was awesome...but you can keep the white stuff over there :P
rekjavicxxx Haha, we love the white stuff...just need another couple feet
We have about 3ft of tht white stuff come out here in canada and shred!!
rekjavicxxx I would love see see how those big trucks do out in that snow lol
That is a beast of a machine!!! Helps a lot that you ride it properly as well not getting stuck.
That's a lot of snow. I can't wait to see you videos this spring. It's gonna be muddy!!!
Jeez, that exhaust is making the meanest sound i've heard on an outlander. Badass!
NICE... Its not like u didn't try to get it stuck... More snow lol. Sounds awesome too
Come down here to Maine and I'm sure you will get stuck. We have a ton of snow. Great video!!!
now that is a sweet machine! If on'y I had money for one...
Hey Ostacruiser! Just so you know, i really appreciate that you respond to comments and questions we have! Not all that many UA-camrs do that.
I try my best, getting tougher to keep up but I will always try my best, with out my viewers I wouldn't be able to do what I do, I appreciate you all

I watch this video way to often lol my favourite sounding can am
Thanks dude!! That bike ripped!
One of the biggest problems facing our right to ride offroad is excessive noise , RJWC Exhaust will help ruin it for everyone and your thanking them
Holler shit man!!! I need some, it look so sick
DizeFilms They work so fricken good, hope we get at least another foot of snow to really put them to the test
We have a lot of snow here! my friend have a 1000 xmr with track and geting stuck every where!
ostacruiser hey, i dont know much about tracks. But I was looking to buy some , and people are saying they are good for snow ( I live in Canada) but they really reduce your speed. Whats your top speed? And to they wear out really fast if you use them on pavement or a hard surface?

***** These are made for year round use, they will be rough in the summer but I don't see them wearing too fast, top speed is about 80km/h
Wicked awesome! That thing sounds amazing also!
Damn that looks like lots of fun!
I'm kinda jealous aha nice sound to her I'm liking it !
Awesome stuff.
That thing sounds wicked!!!!!!

max puissance, max fun, top vidéo
Congrats on 100,000 subs!
Thank you! :)
Wow what a beast. How noticeable was the power gain from the cam work over.
Hillbilly Delux Definitely a good shot on the top end, tough to tell bottom and mid with the tracks on though
Damn that thing went through snow that my sled would get stuck in for sure
That thing is wild, but I think I'll stick to the sleds. I like air time more than plowing.
that is a really nice rig. only thing is it seems like a trail ride for a few hours would get really loud and old.
Those cams sure woke er up eh!! I never heard you bouncing off the Rev limiter once under load?
CanAmXTP yeah
that just looks like entirely too much fun lol id bring my 420 rancher there on 26" bugs just so you can laugh at me. dont even bother undoing the strap. just leave it hooked up lol
LOVE THEM TRACKS👍💯
Nice hope to see a review of the new member osta
Great vids. Thanks
Now that the way a person should ride.
That thing sounds like a Damm small block when you get it.. Lol
Excellent!!!
What kind of goggles do you reccomend for these conditions? Can't keep mine from fogging up
Sweet video, but i have to tell you, when we ride, guys with pipes like that... well we dont ask them back... cause its cool for about 10 minutes. :) Sweet quad though.
Ride safe brother.
I would swap on the stocker for ya :)
See, now thats someone who just loves to ride!

Wow those are badass
what a beast ! that machine sounds awesome ...............
Scene at 3:42. On a trip to north carolina my buddy did something identical to that, but with outlaws. Broken axle & a bad ending to the day for him.
That Honda doesnt run to bad
Good video osta
Nice video wish I had the time and money to do what u do.............PLAY! lol.. I thought the tracks were the shit but in your one Mud video it was slipping and you got stuck..Keep on keepin on!

as always great videos!
Osta, how did you mount that BRP quick link gas can on there?
Osta if you wanna get the bike stuck come over to northern New Brunswick we got over 6 feet from 2 storms this week haha
WooHoo! That thing is a beast!! Does that little module for the tracks seem to make much of a difference for the steering ease?
*****
Thanks very much for the info!
***** What he said! LOL, sorry for not replying sooner
ostacruiser
Thanks!
Nice riding! We don't get snow like that often here in KY! Where do you get the cover for your engine intake snorkel?
mshelton99 I ordered it right from K&N's website, part #RU-0210PK
ostacruiser Thanks! We wound up getting 12" of powder here yesterday! It's the most snow we have seen at one time since the 70's! Eeks... I like the snow to stay under my Track on the snowmobile...Not a fan of the self made blizzards. Just saying. Sounds Awesome though. :)
Oh how I love to hear them Rotax sing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are going to test them out as soon as it thaws out up here
Love that machine! Do you have any videos of this beast in the summer or in the swamp? Looking to to build something, but want the tracks all year.
I just got them mounted this winter, as soon as we thaw up here I will test them out in the muskeg :)
ostacruiser Sweet. look forward to it! Who builds your machines? I'm in Alberta, so I'm hoping for some one near by.
Jay 2 Pines Power Sports Marine in Prince Albert Sk. They do a ton of builds for guys in Alberta, usually make arrangements for delivery, most make the drive and pick them up though, very well worth the drive
like a boss good vid
Osta did you ever try the tracks on the renegade? would have been unstoppable with the 4" Catvos
awesome vid
What kind of goggles you reccomend for this type of weather? Can't keep mine from fogging up!
I have had great luck with my Ski doo Helium goggles, 509 and Klim make a great product as well
Nice vid and damn good sound!!
Produced RJWC exhaust s for arctic cat 1000 to??
Yes,they do!
www.rjweldcustom.se/product/artic-slipon-550cc-1000cc/
Per Englund Thanks!
Nah, you won't get stuck in snow with them, Just LET EM EAT, and THROTTLE IT OUT!
liked and subscribed....can you do a review of all things needed for the light bar on the front and installation?
That noise
nice video as always but let's see the wife do the same thing lol.
Would bigger paddles on the track's make much difference in comparison to a mountain sled(snowmobile) in deep snow?
+Joe Shock it would make a bit of difference but you just don't get the track speed like you do with a sled. Steep slopes will always be a sleds territory imo
Totally got stuck, had to hop off and push it. That's called stuck, even just a slight push OFF the machine.
Can you jump anything with the tracks or will they break?
i've always wanted a quad with tracks. The only put off for me is the large turning radius. 2 questions. Is the turning not as bad as it looks? Are there any options as far as parts (shorter or narrow front tracks) to have the turning get tighter?

sounds like he is trying to keep it running , does it want to keep stalling
