- We head to Vittoria in the Province of Ragusa to visit the birthplace of a NY women's father Alessandro Giudice.

Allessandro left Sicily in 1955 and settled in Brooklyn NY. He started a family there but always kept in touch with his roots. We follow JoAnn and her husband Ray Stiles on this special journey

Im scottish and moved to USA and raised my scottish family in usa until 16. What we dont realise as parents, is moving away from our country robs our children of the culture of the country of heritage. I didnt realise how much i would regret leaving Scotland and my family missing out on scottish culture growing up.
Im now back in Scotland. My family went back to USA.
