Wow! I still have my Merkur Vision, and a 34c, a Futur, 3 Williams soap pucks, and 4 Old Spice mugs. By the way, not all Old Spice mugs have the same inner diameter. Some are bigger around than others. But I don't have a palm bumpy bowl, a marble cup, or a six shooter brush. Tomorrow is shave day for me, I think I'll use my Vision, and some Williams soap, but you can keep those Merkur blades💩. I never did like those. I have the green aftershave too. What other old razors are you hiding? Show them off, I love watching, and learning about those.

I remember watching a "How its Made" show that featured that " Merkur Vision" razor and thinking to myself "how big is that thing?"... Like you, I'm surprised someone hasn't came out with a re-formulation/branding of the old "Williams Mug" soap to cash in on this nostalgia high price craziness. I payed a $1.50 a puck for 12 of them a couple years ago and still have 8 pucks untouched. But, to be fair I started using Proraso and PAA CK6 about that time too. 🤔 I never thought "Williams" was all that great to get nostalgic about myself, but to each their own. Enjoyed the video Geo... there will likely never be another razor like that "vision"... We can only hope anyway. 😁 William C. central Indiana.

I also noticed on the green soap it says super formula now and the tub is smaller.
I always cut only the right side of my face, but the left never has any cuts does anyone know why ?

I used Solo shaving foam from Turkey and a Gillette razor today.
I rarely see you shave with a straight razor anymore and i occasionally use a safety razor it's like riding a bike with training wheels on it. The safety razor is faster but so much less satisfying to me anyway, i'm guessing people don't have the knowledge or stones to keep them properly honed. I bought the stones and taught myself to hone and have been collecting razors for at least 12 years now and have over 60 razors and i rotate them through every time i shave. i use 2. each time one for left side and one for right or one for 1st pass and one for second pass. Nothing will make a mans face look younger longer than shaving with a straight razor. I'm 64 and when i ask about my senior discount i get asked how old are you and show them my license and usually hear man you look good.
I shaved with a nice Bismarck a couple days ago-coming soon! I agree, I feel that straight shaves are great for the skin! sans cuts of course...

Penso che le persone non ne facessero la manutenzione e l'azienda aveva troppi problemi e lamentele, quindi è stato interrotto...
Sono d'accordo perché questo rasoio dopo ogni utilizzo deve essere pulito in maniera approfondito.Credo anche che il rasoio non è stato capito perché creava dei problemi in zona baffi per la sua grandezza.
