You are honest person Waseem sb. My late father used to tell me that a educated PATHAN is a finest person in this world, and he was absolutely right. God bless you.
Waseem you are a lucky and honest guy. When I saw you yesterday, I mean UA-cam . It was really great inspiration of life. I think smart working has always reward. Every sensible person have believe you. Honest person has all always special character, but we have to need an eye. Thank you very much for sharing beautiful lifestyle story❤
Waseem, I don't know how many of the viewers believe your story but since I knew you from age six and then again in Edwards college, I can say that your story is so honest. You were one of the smartest guy in our school. I used to see you amongst some wild friends at Edwards college and worried but couldn't do much. You are so right about the teenage brain. I am glad that you finally got on track and achieved success. Fawad
Oo my God, I can relate to that teenage story, I was also good in studies, studied from Pakistan Air Force School and college but then in college life what was expected of me, I didn't do that engineering, then wanted to do fashion designing , father said if you wanted to become Darzi why to study , then did my BBA Hons from Bahria University Islamabad. Then went to England , worked over there for the first 1.5 years to save money for the studies, did my MBA in innovative management, all that struggle and so on revolves around Luck no doubt, life take its own twist and turns 🛞 on which we have no control. Allaah chay saa'n Manzoora Vee Kizhee Aghaa ..... 👍
I'm currently obsessed with Season 2, and it's almost 4 in the morning. I've been binge-watching for the past 5 hours, and I'm completely hooked. These stories are so captivating that I've developed a strong addiction to them.
Assalam o alaikum My name is Masood, now living in Muscat but born in nowshera, studied upto 11th class in nowshera and peshawar, recently I started to view your v. logs and am really amazed with your story telling abilities in simple ways plus your stamina of traveling solo on such long trips, keep on moving and sharing, all the best
I can relate to that cadet college experience 😅 But u missed the best part of it which is 2nd year Btw really enjoyed ur stories ❤ hope to see more of your life experiences ! Wish you lively upcoming years of life
Glad you could relate. It might sound cliched, but the harder the struggle, the sweeter the reward. Keep at it. Bad times dont last, tough people do 👍🏼
I travelled with you for 44 minutes through this video.Believe me, I enjoyed the sceneries but I enjoyed more listening your story specially your cadet time and IBA time. I am also from Karachi. You are right about admission in IBA. One of my friend (also relative), made 4 or 5 attempts for MBA from IBA but every time failed in late 80's and early 90"s. Finally he surrendered and settled in Australia. Your views about fate are changing my own views.I always believed in planning, hardworking, education and right decision at right time but after listening to you as well as looking at my own life experience and deficient achievements despite my a lot of struggles, I almost agree with you that 90% is your luck which plays significant role in your life, 10% is education, planning, decisions etc. Last but not least, the way you speak or tell the story, reminds me old time 30-40 years back when there were people in Pakistan who used to speak in that mannered, educated and elegant ways. All those people perished from Pakistan, I mean they left Pakistan and settled abroad like you. Moreover your Urdu pronunciation or accent with a mix of English words, implies your fabulous and wonderful personslity.
Welcome to the channel, and thanks for your comment and compliments. I am glad you find the content of value, and relate to it. Stick around and keep sharing your thoughts.
Wow. Thank you! Thought it was going to be boring, but I decided to watch it while making breakfast and ended up cleaning my room after realizing the opportunities I have lost in the past. I did not finish my college even tho i wemt to middle school and full high school here in Boston after arriving in the U.S. from Krachi, Pakistan back in 2008. However, i still ended up working in Medical Manufacturing for lat 7 years and now I am a Mfg. Supervisor and treat everyone equally. Nevertheless, you're story about your dad supporting and basement story as well as "getting lucky" in IBA in Karachi (Where Naval Ravikant an entrepreneur, would say, you were in a right place at the right time). Inspired me to do better. Driving to GTA for 4th of july weekend with my wife...maybe i get "lucky" to see you Thank you again (:

Waseem Bhai really enjoyed your life story episode. You have the art of articulating these stories and keep them interesting. I attended N.E.D university, right next door to IBA. It was a different place. I hope will hear more of these stories. Full disclosure MBBS in my ID handle is Mian Bivi bechay smeth wala. 😂. Stay blessed.
Waseem I recently started watching your videos and really enjoying each one of them. Your life story is so interesting to listen and main reason is that we have many things in common. I was also born in Nowshera, lived in Mardan, Peshawar and Kohat, did my FSc in 1977 from Edwards college, joined Pakistan marine academy and sailed on merchant ships and travelled all over the world for 28 yrs. Now living in Mississauga, Ontario. It's my dream also to explore Canada by road and travel with a tow trailer. By the way you have a very cute little trailer. I wish you all the best and keep making your travel videos so we can enjoy watching them for free😅
I’m glad you enjoy 😊, and you are right, we do seem to have a lot in common. I am crazy about sailing too, got my sailing license here in Ontario, and originally wanted to buy a Catamaran and cross the Atlantic solo. But that dream is on the back burner for now 😊 We should meet up!

Sir, really enjoyed your exams stories. I can completely relate, how my father used to ask about my exam preparation and than lectures for every situation.❤
Hello Waseem. Its so fascinating to hear your stories and sort of exploring different parts of vast Canada with you. I have been seeing your Vlogs in sequence and enjoying your stories. In this Vlog you said that life is 90 percent Luck. It might be the way you see it but I take pardon to disagree with it. I am a Psychiatrist working in Ireland. I studied human evolution of mind, its growth and how various events which happen in our life, (particularly early life) shape our mind and life. Having listened to your stories I can tell the influential part of your father which has ever been a significant factor in shaping your life. The momentum of both intelligence and being affluence which you inherited from him were the factors which made you see upon those chader and burqa students in Peshawar University in a different way. You so rightly figured it out that this place is not for you and you moved on. Had you not have that learning and momentum from your father/family and continued in Peshawar Uni rather than IBA, your future would have been much different. Luck most of the time is to be present on the lucky places. You have to afford to buy a lottery ticket first to win a lottery. The point I want to raise is that Luck has its part, but many a times its overrated. You had intelligence related genes in you, combined with a boost of maturity at right time, and you ended up in good places. Anyways, Your story telling is amazing and absorbing. Goodluck for your trips.
Thanks for your detailed comment Dr Saab. I love disagreements 😊 They are a portal to discovery, learning, and growth. I have seen people very similar in terms of their genetic, social and economic situations, yet having diagrammatically opposing life trajectories. That can be attributed only to luck. So I still hold my view 😊 Thanks for watching, and glad you enjoy the content. Keep sharing your thoughts 🙏🏼😊

Wah wah har taraf haryali he or haryali ka ik silsila he kia bat hai our typical pashtoon accent. I love it. It's sad, though, our pashto language is dying because now most of us can not even write pashto.
I dont think its dying. Millions upon millions speak it, it has a rich literary history, and there are many languages that are not heavy on literature, but spoken widely.
It’s quarter past three here and I am listening to your story. I wonder why it interests me? But, it sure is captivating and you are surely equipped with the art of storytelling. I am glad you found it interesting. Voyeurism is innate in all of us 😀 we are inherently curious about others, and their lives. I will talk more about my experiences whenever theres a long stretch of road with nothing else to show 👍🏼
😂 great story 👍 .Am Edwardian as well sir what is your age ? I agree with you sir .all these drugs came from Afghanistan .😢 Now a days adwards collage like a normal collage. No standard any more
I always imagine the life of 70s and 80s and you draw exact picture of what I wanted to know... I am also from Peshawar. And Heroine has ruined the lives of thousands of youngsters... Edward college has crossed all the limits you might not be able to imagine how far...
Great sir, very interesting story. Mjhe yad hy k me bhi metric tak boht acha student tha, then after in ICS mere 64% marks aye thy jo k metric me 86% thy. Or mjhe bhi wo sab lecture sun'ne ko mile thy jo ap k abba huzoor ne apko sunaey😂 Or wohi depression. After that mene 2 subjects improve kiye and then got admission in Software Engineering. By the way boht mza aya. And your conclusion is true k zindgi me mehnat se zyada luck chalta hy.😃
I am glad you enjoyed, but more so, that you found common ground. Most people look at another seemingly successful person and wrongly deduce they are somehow either different, or have never had failure. Remember this Afnan, life is a roller coaster, not a train ride. It goes up and down. So dont be too full of oneself on the up, and dont despair on the down 👍🏼
sir i really enjoyed your early age story in this VLog . I'm in 25 and i personally don't believed in luck but whenever i listen something about i bit confused about the life that how really the luck work in life

Regards,
I am glad you found it interesting. Voyeurism is innate in all of us 😀 we are inherently curious about others, and their lives. I will talk more about my experiences whenever theres a long stretch of road with nothing else to show 👍🏼

I always imagine the life of 70s and 80s and you draw exact picture of what I wanted to know...
I am also from Peshawar. And Heroine has ruined the lives of thousands of youngsters...
Edward college has crossed all the limits you might not be able to imagine how far...
Thats sad to know, but then, what is it thats improved in Pakistan? Nothing 😏
@@WaseemSyed Do you have any plans to visit Peshawar in near future? I am very excited to meet you...
@qazimuhammadhashir1285 I will be there in April inshallah
A.salam.....
