I remember some of these as if it was yesterday they were on TV, time goes so quick.
This is absolutely brilliant - the days when an announcer could make a joke such as: grab hold of something, even the mother-in-law. 😂
I think I actually watched these advertisements and it was the first time I watched the Omen. It was on my black and white television in my bedroom when I was a kid as my parents wouldn’t allow me to watch it with them because I was too young
A young Mark Curry advertising Eggs!
Galaxy tasted sooooo good back then 🍫 😋
Used to love me a bit of Tip Top! Can't find it for love nor money now 😞
I haven’t been to Huckleberry’s and now I feel my life is less complete.
I can’t think of the actors name, but the gent in the Gold blend advert really gave me the creeps as the character he played in the 1978 film “The Legacy” 😱 Fantastic classy actor. ❤
The voiceover was done by Michael Jayston who died earlier this year. Fantastic actor with a distinctive voice.
Where did it all go wrong?
Happy Times
Was it really worth fading up the ident sound for one note?
Indeed so then there too of course as well?!
