i love this channel
How far it has come... our children (10y & 8y) started bouldering last year, my wife and I quickly followed. Since this summer we follow the bobats and the rats on YT. We watch it together (although the kids don’t understand a word of what is being said, they love it). While the son is a big Bobat fan, the daughter tends more towards the Rats... It has even come this far that our children started asking for a four day vacation in London, so we can combine a city trip with a day of bouldering, where they hope to meet the guys and the girls. We’ll see what the future brings ;-)

it's amazing how Tom can be such an insane climber, without being SUPER strong. just his insane technique and the way he can stay so calm and balanced i crazy to me. i strive to be this good, keep it up you guys
Dunno I've seen him climb in person, he's super strong too
He has great technique and height is an awesome advantage with his style, but also don't discount that his finger are incredibly strong.

Climbing strength is not something that is obvious at a glance. Being jacked is not indicative of climbing strength at all. Compared with your average climber Tom IS super strong.
@@danflak6363 yes in climbing terns he is super strong but I think they meant in terms of overall strength ability such as a one rep max or examples like how he can't do muscle ups

Wow, interesting footholds at the beginning of the first orange slab problem. I am guessing they're relatively modern holds designed to be big but prevent you from running across them comp style?
