He can't drown and has no voices outside of battle. I think they intended for him to be battle only at the moment. His Skill Tree also freezes the game. It's also a complete coincidence that both Gotenks and Vegito only come around the time where you wouldn't be able to do Chi-chi's cooking since she's dead. Well Gotenks is just before but the way this seems to happen it'll be SS3.

Super Vegeta works 100%. Gotenks is completely random by the looks of it. Vegito isn't working at the moment. I've had Goku after Kid Buu with Blue shirt. SS3 has no neck. I've got SS1 Goku on namek but i'm trying Dying Namek shirtless Goku and it's doing what Vegito is so it's most likely possible. If I get him I'll get Vegito back.
It might be somewhere. If not it was possible by closing the game after it saves in one of the scenes after beating the last Kid Buu. I don't know if it saves anymore though.
I think it should have had a lot more. The side events are 95% trash. There's no reason we couldn't have movies between in intermission etc. Even if it takes longer to release. The unique side events like vs Gotenks or the tournament should have been a standard not an exception. I'd rather to random things like that than "save this cook" or "find this thing and fight RR robot"
I haven't found anything through death at the moment. I thought I had something just a moment ago but the save file just loads me right into a cutscene with Elder Kai and Kibitoshin.

Gotenks is just random. It'll either let you open the map or not. I think I know how Vegito works. If it does, it's extremely simple and i'm surprised it hasn't happened to anyone else.

You can't really in the middle of a scene, you can save before but it'll force any scene directly after it.
