I was literally coming - midviewing - to express my frustration with this!
This isn’t the end of the treatment. The clients get a face cleaning by the staff after Thuy is through. I suspect that take care of the scabs and other issues. Did you ever wonder if the clients left the shop with their faces red and maybe bleeding, etc.? They probably get this soothing treatment after the techs are finished.

It’s good practice to go for the little ones first. When you extract the big ones, the swelling in the skin hides the little ones. That’s why you do the little ones first then on the second pass, you get the big ones.
Remember, you’re only watching 10 or so mins out of a full 1 hr procedure.

The little ones can feed into the the big ones and become a big super cyst. I can't remember the name, Naomi something, an esthetician, explained it on her channel. Thuy is doing right by her client by getting the small ones first.

@@tigresmom5654 I think they draw the line at lots of blood. There was a camera person that panned away at large droplets of blood so I think it kinda depends on what person it is and then theirs the other point that was also brought up as of how could they see the smaller spots under blood.

You guys ruin the video and good pops, by always going around the big ones to get the tiny ones. Focus on the big ones first please. It gets annoying after a while.
The big ones tend to bleed more and doing them first messes with the pressure under the skin for the surrounding ones and can make the little ones harder to pop, it's an order of operations kind of thing
It reduces infection. Stop telling people how to do their jobs.
Can you show us a video of any aftercare washes or treatments you guys treat the skin with? It would be rly satisfying to see the skin being cleaned after.

The fact that people let their faces get this dirty is beyond me
They say that acne is not necessarily caused by dirt, but by dead skin and oils trapped beneath the skin...sounds like dirt to me. Hormones, diet, ullness, and medication are a few things that affect the body's ability to renew the skin, though.
It isn’t always dirt. More so than not, it is exactly as Carolrose described. If you noticed in this guy’s case, there were quite a few ingrown hairs. Many of these become infected and that’s what we’re seeing here. This client’s face wasn’t “dirty”; you’ll know when you see it. Unfortunately, it’s a negative stigma that people with acne carry, that they have bad hygiene, but that’s not always true.

I like the spas that use the curved tweezers. Before they finish a large area they have gone back and fully emptied them all. When they do a nose covered in blackheads you can then see every pore is empty. They will even go in with the pointed end and pick everything out of the pore. Lots of them on SETN. So complete and also gentle. I heard the reason any of the operators jump around for the sake of the patient so they have easier evacuations in between where they have to push so hard. Just what I read. One day will go to search and actually learn what is a good result according to those who know the subject well. As I watch these videos late into the night doubting my sanity at my compulsion I take comfort that I am not alone🤪🤪🤪🤪

I have keratosis pilaris and I have a bad habit of popping the zits on my arm so these kinds of vids help me control myself when I feel the urge to pop the zits on my arms.
I don't know if it will help you ... several years ago I was told by a doctor that I had keratois pilaris and there was nothing she could do ... I had gone to the doctor because it seemed to be spreading ... soon after, I started putting coconut oil on it ... because I thought it looked dry ... cleared it up for me ... just a thought .. have a nice day.
