I know this is an older video but I just wanted to thank you for doing it. So many of the Dubler 2 videos on UA-cam just show you the polished and edited steps, and not all the learning and trial and error that goes into it. Although you two know so much more about DAWs and music than I do, it was still nice to see you show us the trial and error and the joy of discovery! I'm dubious that Dubler 2 will work for someone like me, who has music in his head but doesn't know how to get it out and has little experience with DAWs and instruments. But I keep thinking how cool it would be if it did work for me. I think I'm going to take advantage of this year's Black Friday sale and get it. Maybe someday I will make a UA-cam video of what it's like for someone who really doesn't know what they're doing!
All music lives in our heads my guy! I personally find it easier to vocalize a rhythm in my head than trying to land a melody on the keys. That’s the beauty of this program. Straight from the dome to midi! I use the DAW they are using and ableton is a bit more complicated than other daws imo. But that’s a good thing. Once you learn how to manipulate midi Melodie’s are a breeze. Write a real simple melody for your verse than throw an arpeggiator on it for the hook and your done
I am planning on getting this, but I just want to say how much I appreciate your editing skills, and I am just very impressed. Thank you for putting a lot of time into it. First time watching your videos. Now subbed. Big props to you both and keep it up!
Damn! Moose Puddle is droppin' hot. lol the name made me laugh. Heavily looking at getting Dubler 2 and gotta say this is one of the best beats that I've seen so far online with the pluigin.
OK first of my chest your cuteness and his smugness does NOT help following, but hey, we can't deperfect ourselves can we XD Next : how do you guys make the audio recognition so good? Have you tried doing this on the streets? The studio and (good?) mic miiiiight have something to do with it. Currently running thru an SM-58 and a... Behringer sound card. Progressing but it seems harder than on your vid. For the beatboxing part tensing my voice and using it like a real wind instrument helps (maybe that's what BBoys and rappers do, probably..)
How do you get to change what instrument your voice will sound like? If I buy a midi pack of sounds or instruments can I then use those as plug in with Dubler 2?
Maybe one day ! My current setup wouldn't support running ableton during stream I dont think BUT maybe one day I can get it going !! Would be really cool to do some stuff live with it
Hey, can you explain the hardware that you are using to get the Dubler 2 mic to work with? Where do you plug the Dubler mic? The built-in USB ports on your PC? What type of PC/specs do you have? Thanks! I'm having a ton of problems getting it to work well on mine and am trying to figure out why.
Any usb port works. Studio PC has a ryzen 3900x, it's a custom built PC. Probably doesn't need high specs to work just enough to run a DAW. Better cpu you have just lets you have low latency using small buffer sizes.
If it just me or is there some latency issues? I would imagine with a large set this would be difficult to use in a live performance. Anything more than 20ms latency is very noticeable to a trained ear. Stand alone programs eat up disk space. Gonna need a meaty pc for sure
"Nobody actually talk like that". Ummm. No. Lots of people talk like that. Just like lots of people use grammar like you. Would you like to be told that "nobody uses grammar like that"? As if you're a fake person just for being yourself?

Tysm for the feedback! I hope you have fun with it !! 💕 Im also the type of person who can sing out an idea/rhythm and this is the software for that !

Totally enjoyed this vid..thanks
Such great !
That's sooo cool!! 😍

How you you feel about the latency? Does it compensate for the minor delay?
Very cool! going to see this implemented on stream??

A very charming and clever presentation of the product..... Greetings from Thailand.
I just got this! Trying to use it to its full potential. Hope that you both are doing well. 🌟
You too!! Have fun with it, it's such a cool software

🤣😂🤣 "G Refridgeradian"
This song is dope, by the way!
cool demo. Love your kind of dirty laughter that comes out…
They got me with the software sale but honestly it’s been 4 hours on this trying to open the exe file. Did you have any issues ?
Is Moose Puddle on the songlist yet?
Can't remember the chords 🙄
how not to hear your voice when recording live like video. I saw him seem to be pressing something
Do you guys still use this?
Dubler 2 take my money 💰
It does sound like "Moose Puddle." lololol
Nobody actually talk like that "Vocal fry" (look it up)
ok

It's sad that Vochlea put their own upload of your video on their page instead of just linking your upload. But nice software indeed.
Hmmm 🤔 they didn't do that and so far when they've used my video they've tagged me in their posts, so not sure what you mean !
@@jordinlaine Yep... what Jordin said! But we love this video, so thanks Jordin!
