i know this i run a harvester myself, we call them" kickers", but the potatoes never bounce on the digger bed, and never drop more than a few inches from the harvester to the truck.
Yeah, but it dumps them into a trailer, then they get dumped on the ground from the trailer, I think that bruises them a little more than bouncing on a conveyor belt
you don't know anything your talking about. all i'm saying is that that harvester, and the way they harvest potatoes is rough on the spuds, because it is. IDK??? whatever that means
thats how they do it over in europe. its the most awkward way of farming potatoes over there. its like they do everything the wrong way. we don't handle potatoes that rough on the farm i work at. our farm they don't get dropped or bounced at all, they're handled like eggs.
:45 look at the potatoes bouncing on the digger bed. Either the operator has no idea what he is doing, or that machine is a piece of junk. wait its a grimme, it is junk. all grimme harvesting equipment is junk
Good video!!

het bochtje de dam over,en dan de dijk op goed ruim nemen met dit spul,en dan heb je de 300 paardjes wel nodig denk ik zo
I'm no farming expert, but I'm pretty sure that is supposed to bounce, to shake the dirt off...

Idk, we grow our own at home, but I would guess it's ok, since they made this machine for potatoes, so I hope they knew what can and can't be done :/
your not supposed to bounce the potatoes at all, it bruises them.

IDK stands for I don't know. Who cares anyway, nobody is complaining about it, so it's probably fine
