- Lifting potatoes using three 4-row AVR PUMA self-propelled potato harvesters, including a brand-new 2022 Puma 4.0 from contractor Breure of Klaaswaal, The Netherlands. The potatoes are carted away using New Holland T7 tractors with Veenhuis and Miedema trailers.
Due to the heavy rainfall, some potatoes had rotted and the harvesting had to be postponed until the rotten potatoes had completely rotted away. When harvesting was possible, conditions were still very wet, that is also the reason why they driving very slow (1.5 kmp/h) where normally 5/6 kph is possible.
Aardappels rooien bij Loonbedrijf Breure uit Klaaswaal.

The LED lights to guide the tractors in for unloading was a great idea. Seems like something Grimme could look into making a part of future products.
Where do you see that ? I seem to miss it :-/
@Fs _screen aaah ok 👍. I thought the unloading of the harvester 😄
Some have lights to indicate the trailer driver to come a bit closer or further from the harvester. Or drive a bit more fireward or slow down a bit. I was looking for that 🙂
Thank You for your hard work! Those dreadful conditionns reminded me 2017 season in northwest Poland, it was realle tough.
Video molto bello, belle macchine.

@1:36 those Volvo diesels are indestructible 🤟
Another good video 👍
Ga zo door! 😁
Nice looking spuds !!
The tri-axle trailers with low profile tires shining in these conditions.
I like how they clean up as they work. Socks inside the cab help keep it clean. Those look like a lot of work to maintain.
Complimenti sempre dettagli, fantastici video!
4:35 , now Nicholas Cage was a Harvester Rider, lol
He found Elanor.....
Nonostante tutto vengono bene le patate... In Italia sarebbe impensabile raccogliere così pulito con tutta quell'acqua nel terreno
Great work in the mud!
Now that was something else. Hardly a stone in the field. Great soil there for farming.
No stones, all the rain. Welcome to the Netherlands ;)
ik neem aan dat er in meer schuren tegelijk word ingeschuurt? Hier hebben ze met een stortbunker al moeite om de aardappelen van een rooier weg te krijgen
Sü per 💯💯💯💯💯..

*It's great to see my favorite farm machinery again, and I'm excited to know, which one is the priciest in your video?*
какая себестоимость у картофеля?
back when i left farming in cornwall, GB, 30 years ago, a single row harvester would give 8 to 12 people a reasonable amount disposable income for the summer- 4 peeps planting. tech in my fiat 780 was a broken a/c and am/fm radio. some drivers had a cb radio they bought themslves but they never lasted very long.
Is their storage safe enough to prevent the potatoes from sprouting?
OMG I love jackfruits ❤❤❤❤ Ahao was so proud sharing his sister’s food to his friends 😂😂
You buy a $450k machine but get 5fps cameras 4:46
I know right. That would piss me off so much if I bought one and the cameras where shit xD
On a lot of these systems the individual camera feeds are collected by an external device that communicates over a single cable with the head unit inside the cabin. The head unit can be configured to show any number of camera feeds at the same time, however this usually comes at the expense of frame rate since there's only so much video bandwidth and generally each frame is sent at full resolution. In practice this isn't really a huge deal - the low fps is good enough for the operator to get a quick glance at what is happening in each location.
