I've spent money on all the battle passes so far and some lunacy from time to time, so I'm not f2p at all, as for what happened, I had the bloody mist EGO gift which boosts the damage of all skills that apply bleed in some form, and another ego gift which applies 2 def level down with each hit from a pierce skill, so in turn the abnormality took a ton of damage during the last 3 skills
also you don't really need to spend money if you want to stay with one team build in particular, though mirror dungeons reward you for using different types of teams for each run by giving you more starlight, which let's you get upgrades like being able to unlock the Bloody Mist EGO gift and similar EGO gifts for different statuses

I had a 24 turn Faelantern with a Tremor team a few days ago T.T
as for why I had that charge barrier ego gift, I'm just trying to complete my ego gift compendium
