I was watching a video of someone killing distorted Kim with only TCTB earlier today and found out you can fuse 3 ego gifts in particular (little and to-be-naughty plushy, grand welcome and broken compass) to get Clear Mirror, Calm Water so I decided to try and do a bloise run, starting with bleed ego gifts since they benefit the most sinners, and got lucky enough by floor 5 to get all the necessary ego gifts for both CMCW and Lucky Pouch
