    Hey Micha, incredible video! I made a research seeing the best calisthenics athlets like you, and i conclude that weighted pull ups have to be chin to the bar. What do you think?
    I tried weighted pull ups with chest to the bar and its very difficult...
    Thanks and regards from Argentina 🇦🇷!

      There is no best.👌🏻 I orientate myself on competition rules. There chin over bar is usually enough ✅

    Thanks for sharing the full upper day! I'm glad to see it's similar to mine (less weight though).
    I notice you connect the two ends of the belt together and then use a strap instead of chains. Do you find this more comfortable? What type of strap do you use that is strong enough?

      It’s my own product. It’s a weighted belt designed especially for weighted calisthenics. You can check it out on www.kingofweighted.shop

    Hey, I would like to ask a question about the pull ups. I noticed that your shoulders are shrugged when doing weighted pull ups. Does that happen when the weight gets heavy or is that your defalult form? I tried to depress my scaps down during pull ups because I thought that its not proper form and is caused by muscle imbalance but than I thought that it may just be my anatomy. Is that something i should worry about and try to fix? Thanks and sorry for such a long question.

    • @MichaSchulz
      @MichaSchulz  Рік тому +1

      I try really hard to keep the shoulders depressed. With this amount of compensation when stuff gets heavy as you see in the video I get 0 problems. This is not true for everyone though. If you are likely to develope shoulder problems you probably need to be a bit more strict with form.

    I wanted to ask for advice any advice from people who’ve gone through this or are doing I’ll accept it.
    I’m doing pull ups right now and I was wondering that I only got too five 45 pound weighted pull ups and I haven’t gotten past it what’s so ever and I keep going from 17 pull ups to 18 pull ups every now and then back and forth and I can’t really get too my goal which is 20 it’s always been 18. Should I stop doing weighted and just try and get to my 20 before going too weighted pull ups?

    Hello,
    I had a question for you. For the weight belt is there a maximum say waist size for the belt ? Cause I see the belt isn't adjustable as far as fitting around your waist.

    • @MichaSchulz
      @MichaSchulz  Рік тому

      The belt is 95cm long + the length of the carabiner. 🙏

    Sr, do you recommend the bench press for women? I only have conditions for dips, pull up and squats😪. Would you recommend doing dips and pull ups on the same day 3 times a week on alternate days? recommends going to failure or working at 70-80%. do I get advantages with russian dips? I do quite well 😊. nice equipment. Thank you.

    • @MichaSchulz
      @MichaSchulz  Рік тому +1

      This isn't something that could be answered complex enough in the comments section to provide real value. But in general, there is nothing in training that I would suggest to men that wouldn't also work for women in the same context
