Thanks Jon, very nice talk. I can’t express how much I relate with your points, especially the one about leadership team being the number 1 team. We are try to push the change from the bottom (dev team) and from time to time it is very very frustrating. Any suggestions on how to bring on the table the fact that leadership team should be the number one team?
Hi Lorenzo, start with why and focus on the desired outcomes. What are the problems that everyone is agreed are trying to be improved. What are the biggest problems that everyone is aligned on? Get behind that. Also, invite over inflict. The words convince, resistance, push should not enter the vocabulary. Find the pull.
