Is no one gonna talk about how her whole body appears to be augmented?
That means, her SKIN is what disintegrated when she transcended.... Ignoring the miracle that she even survived that, that implication is HORRIFYING.
Well, Black describes her experience as "my entire body feels like it's about to catch on fire, but before I can scream, I faint". So yeah, transcending is a horrible experience, but it pays off... besides losing parts of your body and if you're Black.

imagine what she must've LOOKED LIKE.. And again, since she's a reborn without the whole instant-heal thing, how did she even survive losing all her skin?
But seriously, I think the scientists that helped Mendeleev out of the machine ended up having to go to therapy and getting a looooong vacation.....
@@AvalynTheAccursed Well, she's a reborn, she might not have the healing but she's more durable than the average enemy, as she's able to stand a LOT of gunshots from Mina, and Lawrence tanks a lot of Elro's swings and stabs, and Elro is the toughest/strongest in the gang.
The most that could happen to her by having no skin is lose some fluids and have a bunch of bacterial infection, so she should be able to last at least enough days to be operated on. But yeah that sight was probably not very friendly.
@@isabellejoestar2455 I always thought they could just do that because 'boss fight' and it would've just been boring if they took a realistic amount of damage from being stabbed and shot with explosives and the fight was over in 3 seconds
I don't know if going off of boss fights to test for durability is accurate.
Cuz with that logic, Robin would be on the same level as a reborn with all the attacks she can tank, and we all know she's just a regular human.
@@AvalynTheAccursed Yeah, you're right. It's very difficult to powerscale when the cutscene and gameplay gap is so wide. You've got Elro tanking god knows how many bullets from Lawrence's gun, but gets hit once by Black's gun in a cutscene and he's already down.
Ah yes, the sound of pain in Challenge mode. Iron Hearts won't save you this time.
I died in Lethal Boss Rush mostly because of Mendeleev.
I think it's waaaaay harder reach Mendeleev with Mina than defeating her in Challenge Mode
This weirdly sounds like a Pokémon battle theme.

Jear 99 it sounds like it could be an evil team leader’s theme, or maybe even a legendary theme. Also, the part at 0:21 sounds like something from Diamond and Pearl.
Very true, more or less is heard as "Music from the leader of said team" or something like that
this is the boss that reminds you "oh yeah. This game is made by the guy that made Noitu Love"
Fighting fire with fire!
This is the final battle boss for Mina's story, in a sense (unless, huh... SPOILERS).
I played the game and, at least in my run, that was her final battle

Kuzunoha Ruan I guess what they mean is that she can be a part of the last boss fight with you if you chose and did all of the supportive replies to her.
Apparently if you get perfect friendship with Mina, say the right things to her or something like that she fights the final boss with you

Also, I only just realized that she has implanted hair that's fire resistant.

The room before this was an absolute nightmare on challenge mode and it being followed by a boss didn’t help

they dont fully have their powers like regenerating n stuff
