Einfach wundervoll!

So this finale is where the inspiration for Mozart´s 41th symphony´s beautiful finale comes from.

No it isn’t, the *do-re-fa-mi* motif was used repeatedly by both Mozart and Haydn, and it was little more than an 18th century musical commonplace.
As others have also made a similar observation, if you tune in to other performances of this symphony, I’ve listed at least four examples of this motif being used (or a slight variant) by both Mozart and Haydn, including incredibly, in Mozart’s first symphony.

    16:25 - foreshadowing Mozart's last movement of Symphony 41?

As others have mentioned this, it’s probably worth pointing out that the well-known *do-re-fa-mi* motif was an 18th century musical commonplace used a number of times by both Mozart and Haydn.
You might find the following list of these two composers using the motif - or a slight variant - interesting to follow-up, though you might end up with foreshadowing fatigue.
      *Mozart*
      Symphony 1 (K16) Andante
      Symphony (K. Ann 214 45b) doubtful
      Symphony 33 (K319) 1st movement
      Symphony 41 ((K551) Finale
      Mass (K192).
      *Haydn*
      Symphony 3 Finale
      Symphony 11 2nd movement
      Symphony 13 Finale
      Symphony 25 3rd movement.
