ഏതായാലും ഉള്ള കാര്യം തുറന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതിൽ വളരെ സന്തോഷം.
ചപ്പാത്തിമാവ് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് കുഴച്ച് വവ്ഹച്ചാൽ വൈകുന്നേരം ആകുമ്പോൾ ചാപോത്തി ചുടാം. സാധാരണ തവയിൽ ചുടാം. പരത്താൻ അധികം സമയമൊന്നും വേണ്ട. ഈ മെഷീൻ വച്ചുണ്ടാക്കിയാൽ പിന്നീട് മെഷിൻ ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്യാനൊക്കെ സമയം എടുക്കില്ലേ?

Thank you for your reply. When you said machine make too much noise..Me and my wife makes good chapati. We make for 2 days.I live in USA over 50 years. I don't like too many short cuts because we're getting lazy and for my case i am getting old.Now days everyone looking for easy life it means peoples are lazy i remember my mother was struggling for cooking and house keeping even with servant. My kids are grown up and married. I am grandfather of 2 boys and a girl. My main hobby is cooking fishing (i have a boat) and organic garden. We both are Biochemist working for Pfizer pharmaceuticals only for 2 more years we both are planning to retire in our age of 62.Thank you for your reply. Chappathy came like a pappadam.very hard and crunchy. Waist of time , money, electricity and rediculose sound. You are very sincere, you mentioned the disadvantages. You don’t need more than 10 chappathy for one meal. That you can make in 20.mts.I advise you give back. Good luck. Why can’t you try chappathy presser. Very easy.

ഇതൊക്കെ കണ്ടമാനം പൈസ കൈയ്യിൽ വരുമ്പോഴുള്ള ഒരഹങ്കാരം
ഇത് ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഉള്ളവരെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചല്ല. ഇതുവരെ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇറക്കിയിട്ടില്ല.
ഇന്ത്യൻ restaurant ഇല് കഴിച്ചു വരുമ്പോൾ ഒരു 50 -60 $ ആവും.
ഇതവുമ്പോ ദിവസവും കഴിക്കാം.
വില കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. തനിയെ കുറഞ്ഞോളും
രണ്ടുപേരും ജോലി ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഇത് വലിയ ഉപകാരം ആണ്.
പക്ഷേ ഇതൊക്കെ പഴയ ജനറേഷൻ ആണ് കാര്യമക്കുക. ചെറുപ്പക്കാർ healthy food awareness ആയി വരുമ്പോഴേക്കും വേറെ ഫുഡ് സ്റ്റൈൽ ആയി മാറി, ഇന്ത്യൻ cuisine special days മാത്രം ആവും. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇത് ഒത്തിരി അങ്ങ് പോപ്പുലർ ഒന്നുമല്ല.
ആയിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ ഇപ്പൊതന്നെ ഒരു 25 products market ഇൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെനെ. 12 വർഷം ആയി ഇപ്പോഴും കാര്യം ആയി വേറെ products illa.
Better to get a stand mixer/food processor to kneed dough. I believe this is one of the time consuming process in chapathi making. The current price of romantic doesn’t make sense. Maybe, things might improve after a few more years.
