I used to live on the lake. The fence in the back had the ridge right up to the fence from erosion

There have been houses that fell in, had to be moved walls and reinforcement put in ect

@GCaquatics it's definitely a possibility with waterfront property. If the building is too close to the water, occasionally, the insurance companies will refuse or drop coverage
