Hi I just want to ask about the 330 hours I work full time but haven’t been with the employer for 12 months can I still get the payment from centre link ?
Were you working with a different employer previous to the current one? You need to have worked 10 of the 13 months prior to birth but it doesn't have to be with the same employer...
Hi, thanks for the comprehensive video. With the 20 weeks, is that inclusive of public holidays that fall within it? I would assume so, but a coworker has said otherwise.. so would like to get another opinion.
Thanks for the nice video. Need a clarification regarding the "meet the residency rules" eligibility (we are meeting the rest of the eligibility, but with this one we are confused). Me and my partner are citizens and we will be travelling soon overseas to give birth there (2 months before the expected birth date). Are we still eligible? Can i try applying for parental leave pay 3 months before the birth?
Hey, are you able to answer a question. We are a single income family, I work full time, I’m under the income limit, am I as the only working parent still able to claim any paid parental leave?
I have worked full time for 2 years at a company. I'm the father. Centerlink said that I don't qualify for any parental at all leave because the mother doesn't have a job prior to the baby being born. Is this correct??
I love this bloke. Soo informative

My work will pay me 18 weeks as part of the HR policy, can I still apply for the full 22 weeks of centrelink payments after that?
