Cheers. Yeah, the Costco MF are great. They are indeed soft enough for buffing and coating removal and I've never had a situation where they scratch the paint. But I've heard other people say otherwise so YMMV. One time use for coatings and then they are relegated to interior or dirty jobs.
Man you guys put a lot of time and effort into your work! Really cool to see. We’re waiting on our Polestar 2 (ETA November), would be awesome if you had capacity for it!
Thanks Jim, appreciate the comment. We love being able to help car owners start off their ownership right! Send through a message on our social media platforms and we'll find a date for you in November.
This is common with all brand new cars. Simply because of the fact that they will get washed during the dealer-delivery prep phase. Often the wash method used is inadequate, hence the swirls in the paintwork.
Great work!
Cheers!
Great video. Keep em coming 👍
Appreciate it!
Fantastic video mate 👌
You find those Kirkland mf's are soft enough for buffing off and I'm guessing they are only a 1 time use?

Cool video, but the sticker doesn't make sense to me. Maybe the owner doesn't like it.
Fair enough!

The car is pretty darn new, how do those swirls get in the paint in the first place? Neat video, fun to watch.

So awesome
Great video! So good to see some Australian EV detailing content. Where in Sydney are you located?
Cheers, we'll be making more EV content with our Tesla as well! So keep an eye out for that. We are located in Georges Hall, 2198.
Loved your garage floor. What’s have you done?
Pls advise
They are Swisstrax flooring.
Beautiful polestar
It definitely is!
Great vid! Could you post the products you are using? I am going to have to give my Polestar 2 a serious detailing when it arrives
We generally use a variety of products from CarPro. Including the ceramic coating which is CQuartz UK 3.0. Congrats on the Polestar 2, amazing car!
Love the video and going over your choices and explanations. How long did it take to do the entire vehicle?
Thanks Joe, we aim to be transparent and informative with everything we do!
This was approximately 17 hours of work put into the brand new Polestar.
Hi with the cloth material on door how did it go with that as marks easy. The fabric protect on that as well. Do you have location brisbane way.
Yes, we apply the same fabric coating to the door panels as it’s a similar textured fabric as the seats.
Unfortunately we only operate in Sydney.
Did you use 303 to clean the dashboard and doors also?
We use Koch Chemie Greenstar for cleaning vinyl on doors and dashboards.
