- The RAM trucks TRX took everyone by surprise as the huge horsepower V8 making 702 ponies dropped in 2021. Since then Ford brought back a large V8 to its Raptor line up. With RAMs new leadership in place the focus is on to the Hurricane straight 6 making much less power but keeping the fun looks of the TRX intact. I spent less on my 21 TRX. I’m not a fan of turbo 6s but I’m anxious to see what can be done to it with a proper tune and some aftermarket parts.
It looks great. I just can't get past the 80k. It tells me that the midsize Ranger Raptor is a bargain all day.
Get 10k off with mark dodge out of Louisiana. Puts you back at 70k. Ordered mine 67k after 9k off
Basically a Ram Raptor. Just can’t rely on Stellantis shoddy build quality and that High output engine isn’t tested like the Hemi was. Definitely gonna wait and see over time.
