Same thing, I expected her honestly to laugh more than Max0r after reading his lines, in her usual laughing voice, but she was calmer and collected more than Max0r this time, and I couldn't manage to recognise her. Only after she appeared in the credits list, I was like "What the fuck!"

Nah, the 130 hours makes sense fi it's total after recording everything. Remember the dog that corrupted his files? Pretty much from that point onwards it's footage from new game+, you can also tell because he's using the Godskin Peeler which you get from the Altus windmill dude.

The dragon in rannis rise is programed to disappear at half health. I goes to a location you have to progress very far in her quest line to get to.

From Software has been known to put some fucking souls into their games while in development, they really do give it their all and not just because the lead dev is a insane artist.

It's less about the balance rather than the quality of work and social life just being terrible. You're going to be crunching anywhere in the games industry and to a slightly lesser extent in other creative industries.
In Japan, most office jobs range between 8 to 10 hours a day like any other country but unlike other countries it's a nightmare to switch jobs in JP. Any semblance of career growth is promotion within the same company so if you're unhappy with your current workplace well good luck.
