Hi I just realized that you can get very close to the subject property by using the radius option. I heard you said that's the only disadvantage with RPR but you can actually get very close to the subject or as far out as you like using the radius option. Hope this helps!
Good Video, but certainly takes away from it that you put your camera shot at quarter of the page, you miss a lot of what is going on... that should be a lot smaller

Do you think CRS DATA IS ACCURATE? Also, within RPR you get a "range" say it 1.1m to 1.3m. Would selling the home at 1.3 be within reasonable market value even if the RVM state 1.1 on the lower spectrum of that "range"?
It hasn’t been letting me get past the confirm home facts part. Won’t load and even when I don’t make changes it requires me atleast enter in number of bedrooms. Frustrating

If you want to search closer than the 1 mile radius, all you have to do is draw a shape and you can make the search area as small as you like.

I'm not sure about the CRS data. I think it would be a reasonable range.
