How can this basin be deflated?? I just got mine and after almost blowing my head and cheeks open inflating it, it has refused to be deflated even with the valves unstopped. Help!!!!
Squeeze the inflating part so the air can escape.

I couldn’t find the second sprout. I used it with half the basin inflated. I was annoyed as hell. I will have to take another look and try to find the second sprout. Glad to see I am not alone. I thought it was just me. The sprout is probably tucked in.
Which one did you find? The top or bottom one? Did watching the video help?

I just found the second sprout tucked in on the side. Now I can get the full experience. Thanks for making the video
Don't 4get u need lungs of steel. For the 1st time blowing this up... as for me I'm going to the store for a balloon pump... thank me later
That is of course the easiest. Did you squeeze the bottom though, so that air could flow in?
But how do you soak the top of your head?
You dip it in as far as you like. First the water is really hot so I let the locs soak. Then I pull my head backwards until my edges are also in and I massage the front and the sides.

Mines doesn't have those to blow it up im confused just the drainage hole.... what do I do?
I had trouble finding the one to inflate the bottom half. I found it tucked in on the side. I was frustrated because I could find it until I saw this video. Go over it thoroughly, it’s there
