The owner behind the StemPlayer Alex Klein cut ties with Ye a while ago when he did that infamous tweet. They’re trying to stay afloat without him by offering monthly services that were once free before they dropped Ye. All of the products they attempted to release after the 1st stem players were major flops. I still got my StemPlayer 1 tho, I was all for the vision.

I personally don't have any sympathy for the matter. It specifically states on the site 4 weeks, for me it's been 6 weeks. 1. Should've seen this coming and been prepared, considering what it started at and then slashing it to $20 on Super Bowl Sunday, you're either ignorant in business or ignorant period as a business owner if you don't see that coming. If you can't fulfil orders in the time frame stated then that is poor business period. No emotion, strictly business. 2. He wants people to not buy adidas yeezy and support him, but in turn when it comes to people "tryin'" to support his new business venture out of curiosity, people get played like this. It's a bad look imo period for any business of any type. So again, 0 sympathy. If you wanna do this thing, then do it, don't play around with peoples money and expectations when you want the world from others. Also, to have an immediate "automated" response (I got that as well when I checked into it last week) ain't it. It's 0 communication on some Zadeh kicks type ish, taking in a whole bunch of money unprepared not being able to fulfil based on their own time frame.

You just have to wait. I put my order in probably a week before the Super Bowl and my shirts just got shipped (or the label was printed) yesterday. My pods are still pending. I can say they are working weekends getting orders out…. Also the messages coming back from Yeezy support are AI I’m sure. I hit them via email and I got a reply literally 2 mins later lol

I placed my order on February 11th. I ordered a shirt and two pair of pods. Only the shirt shipped from that order like two weeks later. I recently placed another order for the long sleeve and another ss in a larger size. That order was made on March 2nd. My two shirts got here March 16th. Idk what’s going on with the pods, but the clothes are shipping out way faster. I currently have three pair of PODS I am waiting on.
I’ve noticed that trend so hopefully they’ll get to the pods and make them right before rushing the build where quality control could take a hit
@Miltnificent this is my major concern. Especially since they put an emphasis on that no returns policy. This may be a good time to fix alot of issues they are currently facing. Most of the people who are mad are the ones with no communication about delays and tracking info. People just want to know where their product/orders are, and I feel like if they didn't leave half the customers guessing there would not be as much panic.

I think people are too quick to cast stones. If everything else on the website is shipping but the pods why would the immediate thought be a scam and not production issues or something else? @@Miltnificent especially if the items are made to order and the pods are made in Italy so they'd have to get loads made up, sent to the US then send out for shipping, they can't just ship a few hundred from Italy to the US at a time it doesn't make sense but hopefully we get some tracking soon on them:)

If you have the shop app you can look in there to track shipping if you have not gotten an email or anything , just to get piece of mind that it is processing

The email I got a few days ago was “Due to the large volume of orders, at this time we do not have an estimated time for fulfillment.
However, you will receive a confirmation email once your package has shipped; it will include tracking information as well.
We appreciate your patience and understanding” which isn’t much to be honest, it just seems like it’s gonna be forever.
I believe them changing manufacturers to help accommodate the orders has a lot to do with it. Hopefully we will soon see our orders
Do be patient, it's an independent business. I had ordered off the $200 drop and it took me like 2 months to get it and the volume back then was probably nowhere near that of the $20 site. They refunded me my $180 super quickly, the customer service is great. Just gotta be patient, it could take 3ish months, at least you are guaranteed to get the shoes/clothing. I also placed an order on Superbowl Sunday for more pods along with some clothing but at $20/apiece, I'm gladly willing to sit back and wait until I get it.

I get the patience stuff but i paid 80€ for shipping, i bought 4 products and the shipping was more expensive than the items I wanted, not to think about the 50€ I will have to pay once dhl comes with the package.

I ordered a pair . Then thought to self I should've ordered 2 pair so instead of paying for 2 shipping fees I emailed them the responded very quickly even canceled the first order. But I've yet recieve a tracking number. And by the time the come I won't even want them lol

I'm from Italy and I ordered two pairs of pods and a pair of vultures pants on March 1st and I still only see the confirmation email. At this point I hope they arrive at least by the end of May so I can use them in the summer. I spent more than €40 on shipping to wait an eternity. At this point the important thing is that they arrive before the summer. Thanks for the video👌

its 3/25 and no merchandise delivered from a 2/11 order is crazy...if this is still the case on 4/11 i say request a refund. My original order was made 2/15 which i surprisingly got a email reply to cancel my order (by request)..i did so but now im waiting on 3 other different orders..shits a headache honestly
